All about JNTU KAKINADA you have to know

I choose this college with suggestions taken from seniors. And now what I feel is this college really help me in developing my skills. The labs provided and workshops conducted will expose a student to a whole new environment. We will also know about real life things with the help of these workshops. The admission process is through several entrance exams. For engineering, we can join through APEAMCET or APECET. Based on merit only. We can also have another quota of NRI. and those who are interested to continue their study abroad will let into another category with more fee called ICP. We can also have a visit to the jntuk official website. The examination pattern may suck for the first time. But soon after we passing on year we will realise that this is best of all other remaining colleges. The faculty is much encouraging and the best surplus among all these is Library. The reason I choose mechanical engineering is purely based on my interest. Here we can find the respective advancements for all other branches too. Faculty are available for students in a good number. Each department nearly contains teaching staff of about 30 people and non teaching about 10. Most of the subjects have been taken by PhD faculty. We can get more and more knowledge as long as we dug through the subject. Moreover, there are few faculty who cannot even take classes. But this is quite common everywhere and out of all remaining benefits, this may not be a solid reason to avoid this college. Coming point to exams. They are moderate to difficult. But there is a chance to pass exams if we attend classes regularly. They will cover the topics which are likely to come in exams. So if you are a topper OR an average student no need to worry about this exam segment.

I got an internship from Vedanta oil and natural gas company through interview. And stipend is about 30k per month and it will continue by 45 days programme. There are several companies around the college circumstances that will offer internship programmes yearly. We can get on our own or college will also provide you. There is no one to force you to join the internship programme. It will be purely your choice to get placed and there will be more chances for the people doing an internship to get placed in the same company in most of the cases.

Campus placements will arrive from 3-2 semester onwards. You can check details of campus placement from jntucek academics.ac.in the website. There will a greater chance to get into campus placements for everyone. So soon after maintaining a good GPA like 7 points we can sure get eligible for the interview process. The highest package is about 9LPA till now. But the students here most will be interested in higher studies. So there is less competition coming to placements. If you are placements required person you can have a good chance of getting a job along with a bachelor's here.

Comparing with all other colleges, this is the lowest fee to complete a bachelor's degree. Apart from the ICP section all other categories will be offered with low fees. Most of the students come from a merit basis so this will not become a problem for anyone till now. There is no pressure about fees in this college. We can also avail of a scholarship if you admit through EAMCET or ECET. There will be also assistance provided by alumni in this case. No need to worry about this fee segment here.

For mechanical engineering, there is a fest named TORQUE that will be conducted every year. Coming to cultural fests it will be conducted by end of every year. And freshers also there. Senior junior friendship day officially conducted by the college. These will make us feel more comfortable in the social environment. They allow everyone to participate in any of their interested fields and show their talent. As I mentioned earlier the library is the best part of this college and it is a treasure for a book lover. Lots and lots of journals are readily available. One can spend quality of his time in the library very well.

Hostel facility is on the average scale since these are old buildings. We cannot find now facilities here in these rooms. They are sufficient to go through campus life. Moreover, fees are affordable. Mess charges also included in room fees etc. They are all combined. New blocks are arriving and mostly they will change facilities to a better level. Wi-Fi available 24/7 at a good speed. Food quality is good and feast will be there every month and it will be like a mini party. If you want to join outside hostel there are so many around the college. But my advice is to join here in the campus hostel. otherwise, you will definitely miss college life and friends.
