Remarks

The admission process was smooth and systematic. The interview process took place in February. SCMHRD is one of the premier B-schools in India. It has a rich legacy of 28 years. It is one of the youngest to enter the top 20 B schools of the country. It has the best full time 2-year MBA course in India with a focus on data science, analytics and management. It has a rich alumni network spread all over the world. Besides, there is practical learning through corporate competitions and live projects

Course Curriculum Overview

If one is interested in data science and management, this is the right course for you. The lectures took place online as per schedule. The exam pattern was MCQ. The term exams were moderate level. MBA Business Analytics has a batch of 70 students

Internships Opportunities

Great roles and learning. Great atmosphere to work. Peer learning in projects. Overall nice experience. Provides a taste of the actual work environment. Useful interactions with mentors. Well managed culture

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements from the 2nd year of the course. A lot of companies conduct interviews for final placements. As per the recent updates, the number of recruiters are more than 73 with more than 51 PPOs and more than 174 offers

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is to be submitted in instalments. The college fee has increased from 13.8 lakhs in the year 2015 to 16.5 in the year 2020. The college provides good opportunities for placements and learnings throughout the 2 years.

Campus Life

The mode of classes is online. The competitions and events took place in the same mode. The organizers did a great job in the fest. The college committees run by the students actively manage all the events

Interview Experience

Topics of GD were related to Current Affairs, General knowledge. Daily newspaper reading habits proved beneficial. The number of rounds in the interview process was more. The overall interview management process was well managed.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. Sneak Peak into the life of SCMHRDIANS!

Any person is eligible who is completed his/her graduation from some well known university and having grad percenetage above 50(for general) and above 45 (for st/sc). The application form is available at the time of applying for the Snap exam else seperately from the college or university portal it could be filled. In Symbiosis International University, they have the reseravtion provision for Kashmiri Migrants, ST, SC, OBC, PWD. They are benefitted in the order of seat reservation. For Kashmiri Migrants 2 seats, SC 15%, ST 7.5% and PWD 3% of the total seats are reserved.
