Remarks
The college atmosphere and the resources available are some of the good aspects of the college. The teachers aren't up to the level you cannot expect so much but there are some good teachers who are fabulous. The college exposure to extracurricular activities is amazing but when it is to the academic side it is not appreciable work. The placement is better here they provide you with training for placement. The entire atmosphere of the college and the behavior of each and every faculty of the college will be happy they provide us with better services. One can enjoy their college days here for sure.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose mathematics because of my love for it and in order to overcome the fear I had towards it. In order to know the backend of computer science, artificial intelligence, and neural networks better mathematics is important so I chose mathematics. So the student-teacher ratio is like 1:10. The teachers are definitely Ph.D. holders. The teaching method is regular you cannot expect too high. However, in case of any doubts, they will clear your doubts at any time. Once in two months we get internal exams apart from this you get an assignment and some class test. The difficulty level would be medium not too high.
Placement Experience
We have placements and placement training from different companies like gold man Sachs, TCS, Zoho, and some Research and development companies. They provide training for the placements but it depends on our talent to get selected
Fees and Financial Aid
In the case of aided students, the fee is just 6800 per year and we will have exam fees apart from it. I am not sure about self-finance courses. There is some scholarship offered by our college for economically weaker sections and PWD students. The hostel fee of the college is normal as that of other colleges.
Campus Life
Our college has a fantastic atmosphere one could imagine. It's almost similar to that of the IIT campus. Our college conducts a lot of tests, competitions but since it's pandemic time we didn't experience these. I found the college has a separate building for the library with a lot of good books you definitely have a good amount of resources here. our college is very good for sport one of our college alumni is Olympian. We have a very good playground and equipment for practice. We can find uniform services like NCC and NSS and a lot more clubs like ecology, etc..
Hostel Facilities
We have a wide range of hostels for boys and girls separately according to our affordability with varying amenities. Its affordability is as same as other colleges. At the time of college admission, you can avail it for hostels too. First preference to students from other districts and far away from college. It's more secure to be in the college hostel because they have such a good security system inside the college.
Interview Experience
It was purely based on merit the Mark's that we scored in our board exams and some sort of basic personality tests. They work on a first come first serve policy. Finally, we have certificate verification and that's it. Usually, the admission starts as soon as the 12th board exam results of the Tamilnadu boards are announced.
