Remarks
first of all HBTU is one of the best government college in UP . One of the oldest college throughout the entire country so it has strong alumni too . In this college core branches are too popular and its faculties are really great and well educated as well as supportive and the big thing is that they are research oriented . Campus size is also really good and infrastructure is not that level but not bad also . And college fee is also decent means affordable and at last the return of this college means according to its fees placements are really good. So overall it is a good college .
Course Curriculum Overview
Firstly I have to clear this thing is that electrical engineering is my passion and in future I will do something related to this field. And if I want to tell about the faculty of this branch then in this matter , faculties are not too great as of other core branches but not that bad also. They are supportive in nature . And electrical lab is also good in HBTU. so overall this branch is mediocre in this college.
Internships Opportunities
I am in first year right now so I have no much idea about this . But once I have asked from my senior they said me about that there are chances to get internships . So I have only this amount of idea . Please check from other sources .
Placement Experience
I think from 7th semester students are eligible for placements . and placements of our college in some branches are really good like cse, chemical , mechanical , paint technology , it . In cse , chemical and paint tech. placement percentage is about 100% . Highest package is 60 LPA and average package of cse is about 9 to 10 LPA . Overall average placement is about 5 to 6 LPA. this is because there are many core branches like leather technology, food technology, Biochemical engineering ,paint technology .
Fees and Financial Aid
tuition fee is about 135000/ year . and hostel fee is about 25000/semester . so fee is also not too much . it is affordable fee waiver admission is also available here. and since it is a gov. college you will get scholarship by state gov. itself.
Campus Life
campus size of the college is really good . It has two campuses east and west campus. East campus is about 77 acres and west campus is about 271 acres . College life is also good enough for hostler because I am a hostler . Aagaz is the annual fest which is organized every year . In sports about all sports are here in HBTU specially cricket is too famous sports in HBTU. there are many grounds in both the campuses . And there are many clubs are also present like robo club, autorobo club , dance club , music club, coding club and many more.
Hostel Facilities
In our hostel room there are a table , a chair ,almirah , and a bed . Food quality is too good . I have heard that in many hostels food is not that good but in our mess there is no problem about food quality. there is very simple process to get hostel . They are provide us a form , you have to fill that form and on the basis of your rank u have got the hostel.
