Somaiya Internal Test for Part timers. After the test they had kept a Personal interview round taken by the management group. The results were announced on the Somaiya's Website after 2 weeks.

Course gives a fair coverage on the current market situation. My syllabus was an older one but the newer one is the better one and the current technologies can be compared to the curriculum. I would suggest anyone to go ahead with the part time from Somaiya if you are not looking for any Placements.

Fest are the coolest art of any Organisation or college. Students enjoy to their fullest so they always wait eagerly for those days. Fun filled moments, Competition(Inter or Intra), Dance, Music, DJ's, Organizing the little things for the Festivals. The Fest in Somaiya was named as METAMORPH for Part timers.

Fees structure was fairly good. In the first year it was around 75K and later in the third year it was 62K. MIM: 2013-2016 batch: Gender ratios: 10:45 (Girls:Boys ratio) Student/Dorm Parties: Officially some but unofficially it was everyday whenever we went to college workshops: college try to set up many workshops for students. Cultural societies or Student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status ( Be detailed in your response to meet quality standards): All the above mentioned comments were really good. Students were one as a family.

Senior students are very helpful and right now i am the senior student alumni is a bit slow but i think that is been taken care by the college and not by students.

Labs were used for 2-3 subjects in the whole 3 years. If asked the professors they arrange a setup for extra Labs session and practicals. About the Exams its very hectic and strict. All the exams are lined up one after another and sometimes becomes very difficult for a student to manage the stress.

Faculties are very helpful and approachable. Some of the faculties are the best in the market and has in depth knowledge. They help in all the ways they can and suggest in any and every possible way. Visiting faculties are also very good in the college.
