Remarks

The good aspect of college is the teaching methods of this university and other programs like sprint which makes students overall better in English .Bad aspect is practical classes or field visits must be increased which is not taken by faculty often. The admission process is simple but I think admission must be taken by merits. Shoolini university's environment and teaching methods are best than others. Shooliniuniverity.com

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Bcz I belong from a farmer family and want to do research about seeds. The faculty is good .And the interaction between students and teachers is good. The review of the teaching method is 3.5/5. Mid-term Exams were in 1 to 2 months after starting of the semester and term exam after 4 months and if someone study daily then anyone can passed exam with no difficulties.

Placement Experience

4

From Final semester stuendts eligible for campus placements. Companies like Nestle, cipla , abbot , ICICI bank , genpact etc. 4 to 5 lakh average package as per the company. 40 to 50% of students get the package. Plans after the degree are to doing master's in agriculture.

Fees and Financial Aid

The study cost is quite expensive but there will be scholarship arrangements for students which are good for students who are eligible for scholarships and belongs to poor families... And merits students which score good marks in board exams and got scholarships also studied with their scholarship fees on the campus. Got no job and stipend on campus. So know nothing about it.

Campus Life

3.5

Annual fest taken in march . All the books and journal are present in library and available free. Good ameneties in classroom. Cricket , basketball , badminton , volleyball , table tennis. Extra curricular activities also held in university

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Facilities provide in the hostel are table chairs almirah different electric plug for each student in the hostel room. Meal quality is average sometimes it is very good and sometimes it is average. The registration process for the hostel also done along with the admission process where we chose to take the hostel or not.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I liked horticulture .This course is very well applied in real world in cultivation and growing of vegetables, fruits and flowers and horticulture also has job opportunities in private sector. There are some improvements like more practical learning, real world exposure etc. that could be made to make this course more effecgive in real world application. The exams are conducted per semester and the difficulty level of exams is average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as my father had studied the same course and had the same profession that I'm aiming for. For improvements i would like to recommend more practicals rather than theory classes as, practical knowledge is just as important as theoretical knowledge. The frequency of exams is a problem. There is very less gap between examinations which makes it difficult to prepare for the vast subjects. Plus, the marking is strict, and the criteria to pass the exams are also complicated.

The course curriculum is good overally but also kind of too much for a student to cover as you got 10-12 courses in a semester to study. The frequency and timing of the exams should be adjusted so that students may got appropriate time to prepare for them
