Remarks
My college is one of the best in the Punjab region with the best in class facilities and faculty. The admission process is very simple because you can do it by online and offline methods. The offline method is very hectic for some people, as it has to be done on their main campus in Chandigarh. I prefer this college over others due to its best facility and placement.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I am the son of a businessman and I also want to do a startup so I choose this course. The student ratio is good 1:40 which is a good one and not very much heavy maintaining the proper guidance and studies for students. Exams are held every week. Exams are easy to pass with good marks if you will study well in class.
Placement Experience
In our university students are eligible from 6th semester and got placed in good companies. Placement depends on the skills you have learned from the whole time period till placement. The highest package is 31 lakh and the average placement is 5-6 lakh which is quite good. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, uber, urban clap like companies come. I will do a startup after my graduation degree and use my knowledge I have gained in my whole graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is good which is fully worth against the facility college provides and the faculty which is best in all manners. Fees hike is very less it is just 5% yearly on hostel fees. Hostel fees are divided according to the room you choose. I choose 4 seater room with an attached washroom which is just 46000 per semester. There are no scholarships available, but if you score well next semester's after admission then you can get a scholarship.
Campus Life
Campus life is very good because it is full of fun, sometimes it happens that students suffer due to distance from family but in our university students easily get attached to the atmosphere and don't feel bad. They enjoy the whole time. The library is very good for those students who want to study but I generally prefer to study in my room because I am not the type of guy who can study in such silence. Overall, It is the best campus. The nightlife of the University is very good. There are a lot of social groups like; ACM, IEEE, BITS N BYTES, CUSTODY, C2S2, DHAVANI, and many more groups.
