I miss my college and I really miss the University Campus.

Admission process and dates- MBBS and all paramedical students can directly take admission through NEET . Engineering Students can take admission through JEE or SUAT (Sharda University Admission Test). After SUAT clearance you have to paas telephonic interview. The good aspects of University- Sharda University provide very good placement. This university contain 06-07 libraries in each department so that every student can study well without any disturbance. In this university very large campus area and it has different types of court for sports. Sharda hospital is also very good staff and hospital provides good facilities and concession for students. The best profit of hospital for medical student that they can practice in their hospital. Sharda University has own gym, cafeterias, swimming pool and digital library. This University has very good security so that every student is safe. The management and teaching method is also very well developed.

I have choose the B.tech Biotech because it's new in field and it has lot of research area. Sharda University helps students very well to do the research personally very well. I have also done Minor and Major Project from second year only and now I know each and every steps of instruments handling . Most of teachers are PhD and very experience teacher. Every teacher gave their best to teach the students. They provide slides so that we can study very well . The exams are also conducted on time . Every teacher has to be taken 05 C.A in one semester in which we have to score passing marks atleast in 03 tests. In each semester one mid term exam (40 marks that was covered in 20) and one end term exam was conducted (100 marks that was converted in 50). It is very easy to pass because teacher has taken the tests after finishing one Unit.

Some students got stipend in University itself like who did teaching course or PhD. Medical, paramedicals and dental student can do their last year training at Sharda hospital and get stipened. But engineering students have not job opportunities in college campus. Students who are doing PhD from Sharda University can teach students of first and second year in their stream. Research programs are alsi available for Biotech students but very less students get stipened. If you have good knowledge in any area like music dancing then you can teach students in any club and earn money.

From the sixth semester, students are eligible for the placement process. Zyla, Amazon, Byjus,Martinez , Apelo, Supplycopia, Blue weave consultancy, and many more IT companies visited. Several offers depending on the placement of students if any student has got placed in one company so they can participate in any of the next companies placement again. If you are not placed then you can apply for company placement until you got placed. Highest package of this year 10 lakh in Byjus Company. According to my opinion, 100% of students got a placement in any field but if want to know that everyone got a good package then it's not true. My plans after graduation is M.tech so that I didn't take placement.

The cost of the study is high but if you score good marks like more than 85% in your graduation then they will avail the scholarship. In my class, one student got 95% above marks in each semester and she has to pay only 10% of her fees. I didn't get any job as I didn't take part in many curricula but my colleague has got 5000 Rupees in Sharda Hackathon

The annual fest of Sharda University is Chorus. It is conducted on a very large basis. It is mainly conducted in November or December. All classroom have atleast 02 AC and many classrooms have centralised AC, white board and projector. The campus have 05 different sports courts - cricket, basketball, bolly ball, cricket ground and tennis courts. Students run many social group on website and Sharda radio FM also. Students conduct the chorus and Sharda Hackathon every years. Sharda students media have their own directed, and actor and stories, name is Engineering girls on YouTube .

There are many hostels on University Campus. For girls - Sarojini Hostel is for 1st-year students only so that no one can ragging occur. Kasturba - second years onwards students. Mandela Hostel- For foreigners For boys- the Tagore hostel is for 1st-year students and Jawahar is for 2nd year onwards students. There are types of room -single, double and triple seater. Double seater rooms have attached washroom and single, some double-seater rooms and triple seater rooms have a common washroom. Mandela hostel has apartments (9-12 floor)in which 04 -05 rooms are present with one hall and 02 separate washrooms. Mandela hostel has all the double-seater rooms with attached washroom (1-8 floor), Each Non AC room double seater has 2 tube lights, 2 cupboards, 2 switchboards, and 2 study tables. The meal is very good in Mandela hostel but in others, it is not good but not bad. Registration only depends on the availability of rooms. I have lived in Mandela hostel and this hostel is on the University campus only.

UPTU entrance exam score

No GD is conducted for any student for the admission process but the telephonic interview is conducted for every student. Topics were from the 11 and 12 class syllabus only Other criteria of admission process other than SUAT for engineering students is UPTU, JEE marks for medical and paramedical students are NEET marks. I had a good score on the UPTU entrance exam and I have done self-preparation from NCERT books and I have given a good telephonic interview.
