IBS accept NMAT and IBSAT score and after that, there is group discussion followed by PI round. I scored 87.4% in CAT but then also I choose IBS over other colleges is that the ROI is worth it and the faculties are also very good. Basically, according to me it totally depends on the person that how they are doing in the college like how much extra effort they are giving apart from what the faculties are teaching. I got 94% overall during IBS Admission and my college started on 4th May 2020. For the college review, i took the help of the websites like Collegedunia.com and shiksha.com which also help me to identify and know about my college. The best thing about IBS Mumbai is, they take a lot of students and this is the best thing because you can identify and find your capability and understand where you stand in the crowd and how much you need to develop yourself.

There are a total of 1200 no. of students and there are various streams like marketing, finance, business analytics, operations, and IT. For first-year students, there are 2 semesters and the course remains the same for all the students. In the month of February, the summer internships start and it is for three months. During this Covid scenario, everything was online but the college gives their best that how they can help the students by providing quick force like websites where daily lectures and notes are uploaded by the faculty. They teach students so well by giving them extra information and solving case studies of famous companies and that you would feel as if you are resent in the college. In the exams, there were practical and situation-based questions.

For summer internship companies like Amul, TCS, IIFL, JP Morgan , Treebo , FGLI etc came this yr. Most of the companies didn't provide stipend but you can learn a lot of things from the internship. Basically in 1st yr, we learn all the subjects and in our internship, we apply all that knowledge practically so that we can get a clear idea and also our concepts become more clear. one college guide and one company guide are assigned to each and every student. the college faculty is very supportive in case of any problem that encounters during the internship. The faculty also explain what things to be included in the report so that it can be an informative one.

In the month of February, the summer internship process starts which is of 3 months. From the month of August final placement starts. The companies that came in the yr 2020 for placements are Amul, Future Generali Life Insurance, Nestle, l&T, Wipro, Banks like ICICI Bank, Hdfc Bank, etc came and took almost 60 students giving a package of 6-7 lakh package. The highest placement offer was of 12 lakh in national and in international it is 16 lakh and both were for marketing students, For finance also the placements are pretty decent. The average salary was 6-708 lakh and lowest to lowest was of 3 lakh. Mostly everyone got placed the last yr. 95% - students placed 5% - entrepreneurs/ business

The college fee is 720000 for a total of 2 years. The college has given the facility of paying the fees in 5 installments i.e. 1,44,000. The college also provides a scholarship facility. The student gets a scholarship every semester. If the student gets 80+ then he/she will get 5000 and 75-80% will get 3000/1000 and it will get adjusted in the next semester fees. In IBS Mumbai there is a very good opportunity for internships. For internship, many famous companies like future Generali life insurance, Amul, Nestle, jio creative lab, jp morgan,iifl etc are many more companies that came to this yr. Mostly the companies won't provide stipend this year because of covid. There are also many live project opportunities available during the semesters. For final placements, it would be starting from the month of august and the last yr i.e. in 2020 the companies like L&T, Lodha Grp, Nestle ,Amul,Wipro,HDFC Bank, ICICI bank etc. visited our college and ICICI Bank took 60 students from our campus giving good package.

There are many clubs which are there in the college that can help students to show their talent and maximum you have to be there in 3 clubs. Apart from clubs, you can also be there in the Student department, Disciple committee and campus ambassador .during our 1st yr the books have been delivered in our home. The classrooms are fully equipped with ac and projectors are also available. There is a huge ground for cricket and inside the college, there is a gym, table tennis, chess, and many more games.

On the basis of NMAT & IBSAT scores, the overall percentile is been decided by IBS Hyderabad. The average percentile of NMAT/IBSAT score, GD, and PI is taken into consideration and then on the basis of that, the students are allotted to the campuses.
