I cracked UPTU and scored decent ranking.I opted VIET because one of my known recommended this college. I can never forget the counseling process. Three of my friends and I went to Lucknow for the counseling.
Course Curriculum Overview
Professors of my college were excellent and friendly. They explained every topic with examples which help us to learn quickly. Also, we had different labs for a different subject which opened even after college timings. Students go to these labs to do practically.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, our college calls companies who can give a real career growth to the students. In our time companies such as Tangence, Exclusife, ResultFirst, BigRock, Caratlane and much more came for the campus recruitment.
Placement Experience
They are good in placements. In our time some big companies such as TCS, Wipro, Mindtree, Infosys, Satyam came for the selection. Some of our students even have two jobs before to go in final years. The package at that time starts from 2.75 lakhs to 5 lakhs per annum.
College Events
We celebrate every famous festival like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, Republic Day, Independence Day etc. Along with that we also celebrate annual function and sports events. In sports event we have different games to participate such as Kho Kho, Kabbadi, Marathon.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was feasible. We pay 41k every year and apart from that we have examination fees which were around 3k.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, our college doesn't give any scholarship to the general student. Scholarship was for the SC and ST students.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel room was spacious and clean. Our admin care of all hygiene in washrooms and other open areas. They have multiple options for the rooms like Single, Double, Tripple for 3 and 4th-year students for 1st and 2nd-year students the room was shared with 4 to students.
Alumni/Alumna
We have alumni network on Facebook, and we discuss the updates planning with each other. My seniors are very helpful to me, and they assist me in my career to grow on the next level.
Exam Structure
We have exams in almost every month, but it never feels hectic to us. We enjoy the exams and after that, we keep chilling out with the friends. We have semester exams, lab exams, and different session exam. Performance in session exams decides the overall percentage of you semester exams, so students take these exams seriously.
Faculty
Most of the faculty members of our college were highly educated. They were polite and friendly with the students. They explain the topic in such a straightforward manner that every student understands the logics quickly. Also, they always available to assist to the student outside the classroom.
