Remarks

Icfai Business School accepts scores of NMAT and IBSAT. The ones who scored 150+ (which is not that difficult to get) in NMAT are eligible for the Icfai business school admission process. ICFAI business school is a better place to learn and improve your knowledge. Almost 80 to 90% of the batch was placed before lockdown. The highest package offer here is 13 to 16 lakhs CTC. It is mainly good for marketing whereas Finance and HR have the least scope here. The faculty are friendly and helpful. Infrastructure wise it is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course and curriculum are quite okay here, whereas the faculty is very friendly and supportive. The only problem here is they don't have a great scope for the finance and HR field. Also take plenty of exams like cec1, cec2, midterm, cec3, cec4 and final sem 1 as on it goes continuous for sem 2 in the same manner.

Internships Opportunities

I got an internship at OUTLOOK Group where my role was the sales and marketing intern. I learnt personal selling, digital marketing, CRM, literature review, product brand extension and brand management of the outlook company.

Placement Experience

Yes, placements are offered with the highest 13 lakhs to 16 lakhs CTC and average of 8 lakhs to 9 lakhs CTC and lowest id 5 lakhs - 6 lakhs CTC. Most companies come for sales profile with good CTC. Digital marketing has the lowest CTC offered.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees policy is the one big problem, they take 8 lakhs for 2 years and don't give that level of education. Even in this lockdown scenario, they didn't even reduce the fees and there is no proper financial assistance. Campus job is provided such as live projects.

Campus Life

ICFAI Business School has a B-School Entrepreneur competition at the start of the College. The college has its main fest in the month of January that is Konflux. Also have different kind of club competition where we can participate and win the competition.

Interview Experience

Yes, I gave an entrance exam of IBSAT and then I passed the attempt so got the interview scheduled for which I went to the main office and the main campus that is Hyderabad campus where we got the orientation first then the GDPI round and then PI round.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.
