Remarks

College has a great image among the elder generation, I took admission because of the feedback I got from my family members and by some alumnus. And also it held a good rank among all the colleges in Madhya Pradesh.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to be an engineer so I had to choose this course. As it is a government funded autonomous institution, Faculties are very learned, usually use new technologies to teach. Labs have proper instruments.Exam always held on time and also the difficult of exam is hard. It's not easy to pass exams with only 2 or 3 days of preparation.

Placement Experience

After completion of pre final year students get eligible for placements.Company like TCS, Wipro, Cab Jamini, HCL etc are regular recruiter.

College Events

Life in campus in exciting. Meeting new people at the starting and then becoming buddies. College provides various opportunities, fests, compitetions to show off you skills. Odd semester is the one where all the sporting activities are performed. There are number of clubs in every sector from technical to social to entertainment. NCC and NSS is also there for interested students.

Fees and Financial Aid

I scored 85+% (92) in boards exam and my JEE Mains rank was under 1.5 lakh (101159). So I applied for Medhavi chhatra yojna scholarship by Madhya Pradesh government. College act as a confirmation center in this perticular scholarship. Forms are filled online and forwarded by college. Scholarship money are sent directly to the bank account.

Campus Life

College is one of the oldest college in India, but it is maintained quite well. Furniture is well, projector is available in almost every class, number of computer labs are there, and 24*7 Wi-Fi is available. Library is one of the best I have seen, remains open all the day till 7 in the evening. Labs are also one of the best in every department. Most importantly all the equipments are available and working properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

I was sad because i have scored less percentile in JEE mains and taught that i wouldn't getting government college then i filled counselling of M.P state and got this college to choose then i have found some reasons like i have told you above that it is a government college and very old so have a strong alumini network then i saw location and Vidisha is close to a metro city which is a good advantage as bhopal is future tech hub as some startups are getting bigger here. So i taken this college. I have made mind of JEC Jabalpur and SATI and in Jabalpur i am not getting any CSE branch so have taken here admission. As the admission process is very easy here that you have to apply for M. P state counselling and you get choice to take admission on the basis of JEE , 12th basis and also Management Quota.
