Remarks

The factor which drove me to choose this college was because of the placement, many big companies visit the college and recruit students from there, the thing which I like most about the college is the Canton Area.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty members are knowledgeable and understanding. They help you out at every step. Extra activities are conducted for the development of the students. The trimester pattern is a bit hectic but puts you on par with the industry. The internships and the projects in the curriculum provide good exposure.

Placement Experience

The placements are decent. There is a good return on investment. The average package is 6-6.5 LPA. The companies from all the sectors come for the placements like TCS, Bajaj Finserv, CRISIL, Axis Bank, ICICI, IBM, Zee network, etc. The scenario for the internships is also good.

College Events

I think the best college in Bangalore to do BBA is CMS Jain University because here they have a lot of events more than studies that makes us improve our knowledge at the management level. They have events like ICON fest, verve, colostrum, Lumbere, MUN, Melange, Lasya etc.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

Reality of CMS

CMS is way more lenient than Christ University Christ as you know, they are very strict in their discipline code.
