All about CBIT Hyderabad!

All in all there is a reason why CBIT is ranked no.1 private engineering institute under EAMCET and that is certainly is not because of Happy days movie. Believe me college life in cbit is anything but what is portrayed in happy days. If at all it is ranked as no.1 it is because of the placements, the faculty and the good work that the alumni has done over a period of time. I have read about the college in many online forums and through many friends offline.

Teachers are highly helpful for improving students knowledge in this college. The curriculum is good, and it makes students ready for the industry. Teaching quality is good, and they solve any doubt we asked in class. Grading is good that every student can easily pass if they work hard.

Almost 95% of the students got placements. The minimum salary package offered is 3 LPA for every passed out student. IBM hires many students from here, and every passed out student gets an internship chance. Students who scored above 75% can get good placements.

You are given the freedom of pursuing any sport of your choice but the problem is that the college does not offer all of them. There is volleyball, basketball, badminton (wooden courts), table tennis, cricket, football. Indoor games like carroms and chess are also available.Girls can play throw ball and tennekoit as well. The college is decent in sports when it comes to competitions in hyderabad. However the same cannot be said for national level inter college tournaments.There are so many clubs that you can literally join any and excel in them. Some are:-(i) CBCC (Chaitanya Bharathi Cultural Club):- This club organises the annual cultural fest Shruthi and people with an interest in music, dance, drama can join this club. Also the club is responsible for the conduct of Sudhee, the annual technical fest. Sudhee is comparatively new to college.(ii) Chaitanya Smruthi (CS):- One of the best clubs in CBIT. Its responsible for conducting the biannual fest Carpediem- the god of all campus events and homecoming.(iii) Communicando:- The literary club of the college. Apart from organising the annual fest literati, communicando also conducts literary events for Shruthi.

Fees is between 2 and 4 lakhs in total depending on the nature of courses. I have not availed scholarship. Loan can be taken for financial assistance. Campus jobs have been discussed already. I haven't secured a job yet. I am studying second year of Engineering. You can get full fee reimbursement from Telangana goverment.Here are the conditions(FOR ALL) to get it:1.Less than or equal to 10000 rank in EAMCET exam.2.Submit your School bonafide certificate from 6th to Inter.3.
