Bundelkhand University is a number 1 State University in Uttar Pradesh. This fact attracted me more to this University. Also, this university offers a lot of courses along with honours degree. The campus is equipped with RFID library. Assistant professors here have good qualifications with experience.

Course curriculum is good but to be honest it is a little bit old. It needs to be updated to introduce new subjects in the semesters. Academics is upto the marks. You will get as much you have expected. Faculty members are well qualified with good understanding of their subjects. Although one or two faculty member may disappoint you upto some extent. But overall they are good.

You will be eligible for campus placement in your last semester. To be honest college does not provide so much campus placement opportunities. They organise a job fair every year. They now training and placement cell is improving themselves. They are trying to contact to different company's representative for on-campus drive. Also, university is providing free employability classes which helps in personality development of the candidates to make them job oriented. Even then if you don't get a job try applying off-campus drive of different companies and go through their hiring process and prepare their syllabus to get job ASAP. Highest offer letter given to my Senior Shivam sir with a package of 18 LPA in Amazon. Most of the candidates are selected in off-campus drive in different multinational companies like Wipro, TCS, Nestle(Food-Tech).

Campus is lush green in August-September. University has most of the facilities that a student needs in his college life. It has RFID library, computer lab, indoor and outdoor stadium, 3 boys hostels and 3 girls hostels. Students are more social here and they participate in various cultural and social events held inside and outside University. We students at hostel organise Durga Puja every year in Navratri. Sorry to say but there is no club in the campus. Infrastructure is great in this university. It has an examination building equipment with CCTV, Lift where all semester and annual examination is conducted.

Fee structure is not so much. It's good and under budget. Even for professional courses you will have to pay around 50k to 60k approx per year of your course. Talking about the scholarship, you will get your scholarship and fee reimbursement from Uttar Pradesh (UP) government for sure. Also, University provides an option for SC/ST students to pay their course fee when their scholarship is reimbursed. This is a good for economically weak students. Coming to campus jobs, university do arrange job fair every year where good companies come and hire candidates who meet their respective requirements. Students enrolled in professional courses are more likely to get hired by the companies.

Hostel is good and has everything you need.Two students share one room. They provide a bed, a chair and a study table to each student. Meal is provided by hostel mess. Mess fee is about 2000-2200 per month. Menu is decided by mess committee(a group of students of hostel) with approval from every hosteler. Meal is good and wholesome. Sunday is the special day of the week, you can opt for chicken/paneer as per your need (Non-Veg or Veg). To get hostel allotment, you have to fill hostel request form at the time of admission. If you have good percentage in your previous course and your home is far from the University, you will surely be allotted a room in hostel. The whole process is online. There is no middle-man. Everything is transparent in this process.

No, there is no such procedure to get enrolled in a course. You just have to fill a form and attempt admission test as scheduled. You will get admission if you pass merit marks or percentage. You just have to submit required documents of eligibility for your course.
