Ye Bhi Theek Hai

This one is a government college and that the most important factor for our parents to stick to this college only. Other than this my friends told me that the Mechanical Engineering Faculties are very good in this college, so it also fits in my preference.

Well I chose ME as I have a keen interest in Mechanical Instruments. The permanent professors are very well trained and we'll experienced. Other than this there are few guest faculties who teach students as well in an average manner. Number of teacher was not that good as one teacher used to teach different subjects in different years. And now about exams, there were 2 mid semesters and 1 final exam. All three exams were comparatively easy, where students have already got idea about the method of writing the answer.

I had completed my internship at BHEL Bhopal. It was a month internship about industrial knowledge and we learned a lot of practical things there with a mentor. The availability of projects and the way of dealing with those projects was completely new for us but yes that was all fun. Huge machines and we as mechanics.

Well, as I mentioned earlier college has just started to work on placement. This its performance is not promising till now. As I had passed this college this year only, I applied for a job of my own and got a placement in Byjus as a BDA with a package of 5 LPA.And some of my juniors got placement in TCS this year with a package of 3 LPA.This, in my personal opinion, we will see some better placements in the next few years.

UDGHOSH is the annual fest of the college. It used to be organized in March of every year. Generally, it used to be for 3 days. And on the last day, there's a cultural night.Sports- Sports were organized by Nodal and that is the place where students get selected for State and Nationals.Other than this there are a lot of college groups/clubs(approx-14). Ex.- The NEXT LEVEL, Cultural Club, Personality Development Club, Robotics Club, etc.The NEXT LEVEL had organized more than 25 events(online and offline) in the college and it is the very first club of this college(available on Facebook, Insta & YouTube).

Fee- Fee is very low as compare to other private colleges.Scholarship- Well different students used to get different types of stipend. But I have listened about only one, i.e. Vikramaditya.College Campus- From this year 2020-2021, college has started inviting some average/local companies. But as we see, companies have just started coming, few students got placement also.

The hostel Facility is reasonable. The mess food is very nice. Students manage their mess by themselves. Students need to pay for electricity and mess other than 550 of hostel fee. Also, there is Precaution money of 1500 which is required to pay for the first time, at the time of admission.
