Enginerring colleges

As of my 12th percentage it was best college that agreed to enroll me in mechanical engineering.Currently this college is not good if you are thinking of doing engineering from trades like mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics or biotechnology. As these departments are on the edge of geeting closed due to less number of students.Also the above mentioned department rarely call core companies, so there is less than 10 % chance that you will be get placed from college in your core companies.Now, if anyone want to do engineering from IT or CS department college provides immense opportunity for them.but due to high demand there is a percentage criteria of more than 75 in PCM in 12th grade.There is more than 95 % chance of getting placed in these two department if you are average scorer in engineering also completed the graduation without any backlogs.College is on good location, transport, food and residence is easily available nearbys if you are not opting for hostel.

I choose mechanical engineering as i was always aspired and curious to know about vehicles also there is huge opportunity for government jobs in mechanical engineering as compared to cs or it.faculties in our college are not less than Pg in desired stream.techers from nit, psu employees and phd from desired stream are there to take the teaching to next level.A batch contains not more than 65 in any particular class. There were more than 4 batches of mechanical in 2016.term exams are organised by DR. APJ Abdul kalam technical university formerly known as uptu, it is a government university, IMS engineering college is private college affiliated to AKTU. There are 5 units in each subject, each semester contain 6 subject, so passing the exam the not that hard.

College internship opportunity are very less.there is very less chance that you will get paid internship in any company through college.Summer intership are solely on students, they have to do all the research and get to the companies to do the internship.As you have to submit internship certificate after 2nd year in every summer vacation.

Placement from college other than cse and it is not good.but as ghaziabad, noida and neighborhood cities like gurugram etc there is huge chance of getting a good job on your on.All you have to do is contact to companies or visit directly to company.Also make a good contact from aluminies they will make the work easy by referring you to diffrent companies.

life at campus is very good. college lectures start from 9 and goes to 5 in evening. you will get break after every 40 mins lecture in which you can go to canteen or do what you want.Gym, powerlifting, cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, music, photography, dance etc clubs are there in college, if you are interested you can join these clubs without any chagre.There are 2 canteen and 3 block, parking and cricket pitch, football ground, volleyball ground etc are available. so overall infrastructure of college is very good.

In 1st year the fees is nearly 1.25L, after that it will revolve around 1.12 per year.As Ims engineering college is affiliated to AKTU a government body organisation of uttar pradesh government, you can get the scholarship easily if you are suitable under rules given by uo government.financial assistance is also good, also if you were in very distrred financial condition college can help you organise crowd funding from which you can collect your college fees.In present the campus jobs for Cse and IT is very good, high chances are there that you will be placed in any core company.But in other department, there is less than 10 % chance that you will get college placement.

Hostal facility is good but as usual the food of mess is irritating, but rooms offered by college is good and only cost 80k per year.If you are not hostel guy, nearby areas like adhyatmik nagar, govindpuram, indergarhi is best.You can easily get a room in 2or 3k per month.If you want to cook by yourself it is good, if you don't then cooking and cleaning maids only cost you around 1k per month,overall you can get a room easily within a range or 100m to 2km. in low budget.

There was a written test. It was optional.12 question were there out of which 10 are from mathematics which you can easily solve as they are very easy. after that a counsellor will counsill you, he will explain you about fees structure, placement provided by college and other things in brief.
