Sohail Rahis Khan's Review On CIPET- Institute Of Plastics Technology - [IPT], Lucknow

This college is affiliated to AKTU and government. There are a lots of good and favourable facilities provided by the college. College gives degrees as well as diplomas in the field plastic. Different degrees such B. Tech (Plastic Engineering) and M.T. (Manufacturing technology) also P. HD. In my view M.T. is harder then B. Tech, but there is more senerio of jobs through this. If any one want to take admission in diploma, there is a separate entrance exam i.e. CIPET JEE. In the college hostel facilities are available. One room share by 3 boys and room is enough for adjusting the boys. Hostels are clean once in a week. Hostels are separate for boys as well as girls. It's the duty of students to make room and hostel clean and hygienic. A library is also in college, with the help of which students can gets further information and knowledge. College also participate in different events like sport and cultural etc. The workshop is average and no club activities but, it's not matterPlacement senerio is much higher then other institute and college 7 out of 10. And staff is well qualified. During selecting college student need to pass through different counselling 1-4.

Now a days everything i.e. small as well as larger objects are made up of plastic. Which attract me to join this field and there are 3-4 college of plastic Engineering that why job senerio is much high then others.There are 25 lectures including workshop practice and an average of 45 year faculties are there. Those are well qualified and expert in there field. Teacher behaviour is good toward their students. Girls and boys ratio is approx 1:5. College conducte some tests i.e. sessional. Teachers also takes random test in class as well.

Placement is average with a package of 3-6 lack and can be go high up to 13 lacs. But, I would like to focus you all on our college placement, which means there is almost 80% placement achieved by the students of Graduation as well as diploma holders. Tentatively 7-10student got placement.

There are mainly two major events in college -1. CAPORA (Sport event) each year different sports games plays and students participate in it. 2. ANANT (Cultural events) it is celebrate in the campus. And many small events also provided. College also parts in inter college event and techfest. A enough library is there from which different books related to course and others. Students can gets further knowledge. There is no club available. There is an auditorium where different seminar and webinar held. Students and teacher can interact there.
