IMS Engineering College

There is a good faculty of well trained teachers who provide good and extra knowledge that enhances our skills and personality.I got this college through Upsee Councelling. There were four phases of the Councelling.I got this college in 3 round and in 4 it was same.I chose this college over others due to the well trained teachers, good labs and well and disciplined campus.

I selected Computer Science and Engineering as its use and demand is increasing day by day.Faculty to student ratio is good in IMS there are too much well classified teachers and more than 80% of them are having PhD degree.The teachers are strict and they have a very nice way of teaching they will make you understand every topic even if you haven't studied anything before.The term exams were conducted timely and the exams were moderately hard to pass.

Placement is available in this college.semester student become eligible for participating in the campus placements there are many companies participating in the campus placement like HCL, Dell,IBM,TCS,Vinob solution cloud solutions.etc. package for campus placement ranges from 7 to 8 lakh.The lowest Package start from 2 to 2.5 lacs. Average package here is 4 lakhs. 80% students are being placed in the CSEand IT sector.I Plan of getting a Mtech degree after completing my btech.

Library in this campus is good. Good clean and green environment. It has 3 blocks. First block is for 1st year students and second block is for all other students. There is one more block that has all the labs in it. Then there is a block which has canteen and a library in it.There are various programmes organised throughout the year including cultural and technical fest. But due to covid situation all the fest were cancelled.There is a cricket ground, football ground basketball court, table tennis badminton court and volleyball also can be played.There are many social groups by which every students are connected to the teachers. The teachers are connected to the parents also they provide weakly report of students to the parents.

There is fee hike in this college this college do not possess any such thing as it does not provide much opportunity to economically weak students.The fee is 134000 per year and there is no decrement in this fees.There is an scholarship option as you can get government scholarship by applying for government scholarship in the college. Upto 60% student got scholarship last year from the government.There is no financial assistance or job on campus, this college does not provide this opportunity of giving jobs at campus and there is no salary.
