Remarks

As I'm a transferred student from Nishitha College of Engineering and technology And our college got shut due to some external reasons and most of the students transferred to Siddhartha College, In the beginning the faculty was so good with every student but as days were going the faculty started to show partiality in every Aspect.

Course Curriculum Overview

Regarding the course and curriculum of VIIT, I would rate it 6/10 because the books in the library are not sufficient for each and every student till the end of the sem. They provide only limited number of academic books, so many students can not get books. Next coming to the curriculum, they have a perfect schedule for the students through out the year but for me it seems like a school. Now let me tell about faculty of VIIT, Not every faculty of ECE are bad, some of them are quite good in syllabus completion and all but some are not. Well. finally in any college students have to concentrate and complete the syllabus before the exam without depending upon faculty.

Placement Experience

6th and 7th Semester students are eligible for attending Campus placements. Companies like Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Cisco, Genpact, AMD, Intel, qualcom, etc. the criteria for selection is student should get a minimum of 60% in Academics.

College Events

Campus life in Vignan's institute of technology is quite good. I enjoyed alot in my college campus. It is a popular campus which celebrate fests very grandly. Social life in campus is also good and no ragging at all. VIIT also provides music club, dance club which are quite interesting and fascinating .

Fee Structure And Facilities

the fee structure can be different for every regulations, the hike would be approx 2000-5000. The scholarship name is Govt Fee reimbursement in which the government would give every convener student an amount of 35000/- per year.

Admission

there would be No Group discussion or interview for the admission process. But seat allotment there would be CRT training in college in which the GD topics will be like politics, Advantages and disadvantages of Mobile phone etc.

There are placements in our college,we get placement training from our 5th semester and in 7th semester we are eligible for the campus placements, the highest package they mentioned was 60lpa. Over the placements are good and you need to get 65% in your exams for the eligibility of campus placements

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester, you are well eligible for placements. Various company's and firms get into some famous like Amarchand and so on. As an intern, you are not getting that big salary offers but you get a good and sustainable amount of money for work. I think the highest package was offered as 18lac per annum and the majority stick to 13 14 lakhs. 100% of students get placements if they have performed well in every semester. I've decided to work one year as a clerk with a judge and then on to do my master's in law from abroad.

Review of siddhartha college
