Fees affordable but campus ok

I preferred Mits gwalior because the coaching are easily available here and the campus coming to the institute are available for all branches. Thr infrastructure compared yo other government colleges is way better. There are various cultural and sports club present in the college. ISTE and Rashtray being the core clubs. The fees is also less compared with other engineering colleges in Gwalior. The campus is really beautiful and the hostel constructed is full of all amenities.

I chose civil branch because in the upcoming years scope for civil is good plus the faculties teaching are all phd from IITs and there is a ratio of 1:40 as for teacher Student ratio. The exams are conducted twice which is good otherwise students dont study in yearly exams. Practicals are being conducted in all the subjects.

All the students are made compulsory to do internship in second year provided by the college in association with iit kanpur. Nptel courses are available for all students irrespective of their branches. The certificate provided are from iit bombay.

From 7 semester students are eligible for campus. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, LTI Tech, IBM, Zaro,Byjus come as mass recruiters and a very few companies come for core branches. From cs it ec nearly all average students get placed on package of 5. The highest package was by twitter which took only 3 students 13lpa.

The campus life being a hosteler I'll say is very good regarding the gardens, building, canteen, Nescafe area everything is very good. The books recommended by teachers are available in the library though less in number than required. Library is fully developed with online learning facility available. The whole campus has its own wifi connection. The classrooms are projector facilitated with ac facilities. Various fests are conducted by the clubs present like food fiesta, Mitswah and popular celebrities are also called for concerts.

Category wise scholarship nearabout 37000 is provided for sc st and obc candidates and fee waiver course is available there yearly fees is 10000 only. Campus are mainly for it companies but they allow all branches in mass recruiting MNCs.

The hostel facility is exceptionally good everything is just perfect and it is way cheaper than taking a room on rent outside. The food also is good and the students can make committee if they want to change the mess. Menu is decided by the students. For room on rent you can easily find rooms in range of 200 m around the college there are so many multies accomodating students. Rents is 5k for 1 bhk and 12 for 3 bhk flats in posh multies. One can easily get pg in 2000 a month and mess are also available.

The admission there is on the basis of JEE score. If your marks are above 100 then you can get admission in the institute if not in the first round then second round you will get a seat. Rank for cs closes on 1.5 lkh.
