Amity University is not just a name but it's an overall experience for the one who joins hands with the Amity team in learning not only about the subject chosen but also about the various aspects of life by making full use of the hands-on experience that this place has to offer. Amity not only helps in providing a better education but also makes a person worthy of the life path one takes ahead. The decision to join the college was not only the best but also made me feel worthy of the course that I have chosen to take ahead. Corona hours made the full-blown campus experience not only shorter but also limited the correct way of education by incorporating only online means. The main way of entrance is the interview process where the student is subjected to an interview round with HOD. Especially during Covid hours where things are tough, it is very important to have a full-blown online education, which Amity never fails to give.

M.Sc Microbiology is not only a developing field but also helps in understanding the various processes of Life Sciences very well. It helps in understanding the various research fields like Virology, Molecular Medicine, Epidemiology etc., It is a developing field of education and thus, it should be well learned by students. The faculty and student ratio is very accurate and is easily accommodating for the student as well as the faculty. The faculty here is not only well educated but is also involved in the research projects across India thereby making Amity well equipped with not only academic facility but helps in providing a good educational background. The best part about Amity is the teacher-student interaction which is not only limited to online or in-person but is also well established outside which makes it well developed. Terms and semester exams are well-conducted and are properly done even in the times of Corona. If one is well prepared, it's easy to succeed in the exams.

Generally, students are offered timely guidance by the authorities and the faculty members during seminars. They are also asked to seek internship opportunities outside the campus. Nestle, Cipla and Sun Pharma etc. are the leading recruiters of the internship program. Students who are interested are asked to join the research projects depending upon their field of interest.

Generally, Master's student is put under preparation for placements from the first semester itself with the means of webinars and seminars, students are well prepared for the campus placements and are recruited depending upon their interview and merit as well. There are many companies which come for the recruitment Accenture, Wipro, ZNA Infra, Biocon, Dabur, Bio-Med, Pfizer etc., have been sole recruiters of the Amity Lucknow campus and thereby making it not only accessible for the students as well as the faculty making students well efficient for the biology professional fields. The highest amount of package that was offered was approximately 30.0 lakhs and the lowest package was 3.0 lakh which was offered to the students. Amity offers 100% placement to its students thereby helping them shape their career and excel in their chosen field. As far as my further plans are concerned, I currently studying for my higher education and thus planning to prepare for some exams.

Amity University provides education by facilitating various course structures and they have a set price for every course they have to offer. The fee hike could be possible because of recession or in order to meet the filing requirements of certain aspects of the college policy. It can change depending upon the recent additions in the college academic policies. The cost of study varies with the course structure and the method of admission at times. There are various scholarships that the university provides like Sports scholarship, Martyr's Scholarship etc., thereby helping not only students financially but also extends the hands of support to the students who are deserving and also eligible. They also provide Education Loan to the students. They also provide on-campus job thereby facilitating both professional and academic opportunities. Various big recruiters are invited yearly and hence jobs are offered to students making their professional approaches strong.

Amity is known for its Annual Fest "AMIPHORIA" which is well organized by the Amity creative clubs with the sheer involvement of both faculty and students. Every year it is conducted in the month of February. There are various other big and small online and offline festivals that are conducted in both online and offline mode involving students from different campuses and thus making it work as one unit as a whole. The books are available both online and offline helping students even in the times of Corona. The online journal also works for the betterment of students and making the teacher-student relationship well established. The classes are well equipped with all sort of facilities and thereby making them fully interactive and academically suited for all. There are various clubs being functional on the campus which helps in making the students co-curricular and curricular minds grow. The sports club named "Sangathan" works in favour of the students. AIBL works for the Lucknow campus.

Interview

The admission process for the Master's is mainly through the interview round where HODs personally questions the candidate about the chosen course and thereby not only enhancing their primary knowledge but also helping them become a better student in the selected field. They mainly ask about the selected course and what are the future relevance of the selected programs and why it has been chosen. They also help in enhancing the student's mind thereby helping them become better at the future academics. The main criteria for admission are the interview and merit. The interview is compulsory when applying for admission to various courses. I mainly looked for my course content and my prime motive for choosing that particular course. The questions were easy and were informative enough in order to look for my future possibilities in the chosen field.
