Remarks

It feels like school all over again less opportunities for internships out of the box knowledge is not provided management of the college is average sports section should be improved more fests should be organised and the college should provide funds for them .frequent no of seminars are required the results section of the college website should be updated time to time i m in the 5th sem still the result page shows marks till the 2nd sem.

Entrance Preview

I took COMED-K score:111, rank:2650 best option available in the counselling process so i opted for this college had no previous knowledge about it.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It feels like a school where on main focus is on the theoritical aspects no assignments no project work and less opportunities for extra curricular activities the college doesn't even give much funds for the fests conducted by the college students(as rumored) partiallity between the comedk and cet students.

Internships Opportunities

Very less oppurtunites for internships and the CGPA demand for the internships is very high so their is very less no of students from the college who get the internships from the college rest have to try off campus.

Placement Experience

3

For the CS department the placement is good if the student has worked hard and has basic knowledge of what is required he can get easily placed in case of the other branches i feel the opportunities is less. and most students end up getting placed in MASS.

College Events

3

TECHNIEKS the main college fest is conducted annually mainly during the month of march, IPL: programming competition is conducted semi annually rest many seminars are conducted by the IEEE society and the ONYX.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For CET students the fee is far less compared to that of the comedk ones for CET its around 40k per year(lesser when aided) and for comedk its around 1.5L so u can see there is a huge difference.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available as far i know but i have no idea about loans provided by the college.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is boring very small campus not too much to do gender ratio is great very diverse labs are old schooled( the CS labs are good) the new ECE block is great. never been there though sports not that great ground not well maintained sports complex too crowded a new sports complex is very much needed.

Hostel Facilities

3

I am not living in the hostel so cant comment on it but as my friends say facilities are great in the hostel but mess food not good and food problems are their in almost every college so not a big deal.

Alumni/Alumna

No idea about the alumni network but yes the seniors are helpful.the guide you at every point on how to perform better and prepare for placements.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is good actually great students are provided a makeup test in which they can improve the score. and do not repeat the mistakes they made in the last test and this is not being liniment since the paper is tough on has to work hard else the test is of no use.

Faculty

3

Their main focus is on completing the syllabus only bookish knowledge is provided still their are a few teachers who are very knowledgeable and focus on what the student is learning and guide them to perform better.
