CMS - The place to be

I chose this college because CMS is a college with diversity and its extracurricular activities are among the best in the district. CMS has always been my preferred college over others. The college timings are flexible and it is easier for the students to manage both studies and extracurricular activities. The college provides internship programs and also has the best fest teams in the circuit. The interesting thing about CMS is that it has toastmasters an international organization that develops one’s ability in public speaking. This is why I prefer CMS over other colleges

BBA is the course I have chosen. The reason behind my choosing this course is because I aspire to be a businessman and I feel that the faculty members at CMS will provide me with the right education and experience required to become an astounding businessman.

The college offers various internship opportunities to the students. The students are given practical knowledge of the corporate business world. However, the students have the option of choosing their fields of interest. If the students wish to join startups and learn about them the college provides full flexibility in the decisions taken by students.

The college provides placements in one of the best firms in the business field and the students are eligible to start their internships from the second year. It is mandatory for the students to take up internships so that the students receive practical knowledge of the corporate world. Few companies in which our college provides placements are Deloitte and Morgan Stanley.

The fee structure of the college is a little high but I believe that the amenities provided by the college compensates for the fees demanded. The college also provides scholarships to everyone who deserves to receive it and the college looks after its students with utmost care and responsibility.

The college has various teams and activities which engage a student and give them a lot to learn and brush up their individual skills. The college has its very own student council which is selected from the best of the lot. The college has 3 fest teams the management fest team, the cultural fest team, and the media fest team. The college also has it's very own toastmasters organization and an NGO run by students called YUVA ignited minds.

The selection of the students was based on merit and those who cleared the selections. The college held selections in two phases which were an aptitude test and a personal interview. The level of the tests and personal interviews were upholding the standards of CMS. It took a lot of work to complete the selections phase and I’m glad to have been selected.
