Wherever you take admission for MBA/PGPM, You will have to prepare and give your best for placements!

Availability of seats, Placement Opportunities, Corporate Exposure - Pre- Pandemic. One of the interesting things that I got to know was Case-based Learning. It's better to study and learn with real examples from the industry because you are going to work in the corporate world. The admission process was simple - Online Test, Shortlisting, GD, and PI at Hyderabad and then Admission process at the selected IBS Campus. The reason for Choosing IBS Mumbai was the location itself, and then comparing the fees and the average package was a good sign. The companies that have visited the campus also made me choose IBS Mumbai. I chose this college with the interest to pursue Marketing but now I have shifted to the Operations domain. Well in the current situation, there are not many opportunities but the college has been trying its best to get the students placed. Well, their efforts matter, as we do so. We too have to prepare from our end to get placed.

The reason for Choosing PGPM was Case-based learning as I have mentioned earlier. Faculty here have an amazing experience from corporate, no doubt. We have come across some amazing faculties. Exams are good but marks are not predictable.

There have been more than 100 companies that visited our campus to offer our students internships. No Doubt, our college made sure that each and every student gets Summer Internship. Hats off to their efforts.

From the 3rd semester, the students get eligible for the placements. Many good Companies visit the college. But the pandemic has impacted the placement for sure. Our College students did manage to get high packages around 8-9 lacs. but the average was very low.

Fees is quite high considering the Online studies. The fees when the teaching would have been at the campus were justified but now as the curriculum has been shifted online, the fees should be a bit less. Well, that's the decision the Management has to take. They do provide Scholarships but it takes hard work to get it as the others does.

We haven't go to learn and study at Campus - Credit goes to Pandemic. Well, a few students did get to visit the college at different events. The college campus is good, enough to have proper studies, an environment to be prepared for the placements, and corporate culture.

We did have GD at Hyderabad Campus. The topics were not difficult but worth having a discussion. the topic that our group got for GD was Online and Offline Learning, which now feels so relatable. then we had PI, it was normal, more like where the Interviewers try to get a brief about the candidate in a short time.
