Remarks

Admission process for Welingkar is quite long and time taking as the result declaration part takes a lot of time and exams which they accept score of are CAT ,CMAT, ATMA and GMAT also by the time you get into this college most of the colleges are already closed with there registrations.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course offered here are many I am doing general PGDM and the reason for me to choose this college is because of decent package and less number of students in an batch which makes the competition quite easy when compared to other colleges of same tier.

Course Fees: INR 1145000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placement is decent and packages are somewhere around 8.5-9.5 lakhs per annum and you will see companies more of marketing inclination also with this I would like to mention here is that Welingkar is very good college with marketing perspective so major companies for marketing you will see for sure like benett and Coleman, Paytm, Unilever, Aditya Birla group, ITC, Taj etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for 2 years is 11.4 lakhs and fees hike are there on yearly basis so this is for current year and scholarship yes they offer scholarship and there are various criteria for scholarships. Which keeps on changing on yearly basis.

Campus Life

Campus is very nice and so green around the campus also the location is very very good in middle old Mumbai what else do we need but unfortunately for our batch we couldn't make it due to pandemic and nothing can be done about it but for other years I am pretty sure that they will get a chance.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. The Real College Life

I was admitted through CMAT examination. The minimum cutoff to qualify was 80 but I had scored 97.5%. The admission process consisted of GD followed by PI, with moderate level of difficulty. The fee structure last year was 14,00,000 for two years but for the current year they have increased it to 15,50,000 for the entire 2 years.
