If you are from commerce background or interested in taking admission for B.COM or BBA or M.COM in Bhawanipur Educational society college then I must say you made the right decision because the College is famous for its commerce department not only in its locality but also in the entire state. The ranking of the College goes to 3rd after Goenka commerce college and Saint Xavier's Kolkata. Infact the students who are not able to take admission in these two college because of fee structure or cut off, their next choice is Bhawanipur Educational society college out of all other 84 colleges in the city. Yes the college is very much famous and high in course curriculum. And the admission to the Bhawanipur Educational society college is completely on merit basis. For a rough idea if you are willing to take admission taking honours subject than you must score at least above 60 percentage and good marks in English.

I am writing this review completely on my personal experience, this may differ from person to person but honestly the faculties of the College are just awesome. Till now I came across around 14 teachers and believe me all of them were very gentle and obviously intelligence. And the best part is some of our teachers are professionals like CA, CS, CMA and maximum of the teachers are PhD holders even many of our teachers have published their own semester and other books. (Sengage publications) is one of them. So don't worry about the faculties just study properly and give your best. And the Dean sir Dilip Shah he is also very helpful and generous person with a great personality. We are very lucky and blessed to have him.

So far , many companies have visited our campus from automobile companies like (Mahindra, Hero, Bajaj) to IT ( Infosys, Wipro, Genpact) to manufacturing companies like (Tata, Aditya Birla, HUL) and even telecommunication company Bharti Airtel also the big four accounting firms like Deloitte and KPMG also visited our campus. So yes the placement is really good in Bhawanipur Educational society college and as far as I know all the students who wish to seat for the placement, they first have to register themselves in the College website of placement cell at their last semester only then they will be able to sit for the interview process.

The fee for BCOM accounting and finance honours in Bhawanipur Educational society college is comparatively moderate. For the complete three year course the college will charge you around one lakh fifty thousand rupees. (For honours) and BCOM general is somewhat less say around six thousand rupees less. This was the course fee but if you wish to do other courses that are provided by college i.e., the career connect courses like GST, Tax filling, Graphic design, corporate communication etc for these all you have to pay extra. Say currently I am doing GST course, the duration is six week and rupees five thousand and yeah I am okay with the course, I have definitely gained lot of knowledge. And next the college also provides scholarship to the students every year based on their 12th board result. For WBHSEC students who have scored above 85 are eligible for the scholarship and the rest other category or board students it's above 90 in their 12th to be eligible for the scholarship.

Campus life is just amazing. You will find all types of students here from state toppers to athletes to dancer and many more. The campus is filled up with varieties. Our in BCOM first semester itself there are 15 sections in morning shift, 7 Sections in the evening shift and 5 sections in the afternoon shift (afternoon shift is only for girls) and each section have 80 to 90 student's. So now you might got the idea that the college has large intake capacity and many students which mean lots of varieties. Now choice is yours what kind of environment you with to stay and roam during your course. And yeah our college is very rich in cultural activities, feast, workshops and also organizes various seminars especially for career purpose at least twice a year.
