IIM Pune is the flagship institute of Shree Chanakya Education Society and was founded in 1994. IIMP is one of the best colleges when it comes to ROI. This college holds 2 ranks in Pune for MBA after PUMBA and it is in the top 10 MBA college in MAHARASTRA and if we talk of placement it has around 90% and the admission process is through MHT CET and MBA CAP ROUND, the admission process generally start in August but due to pandemic this year it will start in mid-October, you can check MHT-CET site for updated dates.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm doing MBA because IIMP is a very well known brand when it comes to MBA and the ROI of the college is much better than Balaji and symbiosis. There are 60:1 ratio when it comes to faculty but when it comes to faculty they all the PhD holder in their respective field and all the faculty have the good industry knowledge and the format of the college is totally based on PRACTICAL learning, if you are sincere in class then it is very easy to get a pass.
Internships Opportunities
When it comes to INTERNSHIP college invites around 150 companies and most companies provides stipend around 10-15k the companies that come to college is ADITYA BIRLA, HDFC, ITC, STOROPACK, TENHARD, ICICI, STOREKARO, MAX INSURANCE, BAJAJ ALLIANCE. It gives project based on specialisation. I got selected in ADITYA BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE as a marketing trainee and the stipend is (10k-35k) depend on the performance.
Placement Experience
The company starts approaching the college in October that is around mid of 3rd semester and the basic eligibility is 60% throughout around 270-300 companies come every year like amazon, HDFC, ICICI, DELLOIT, Aditya Birla, Burger Paints, Asian Paints, ITC etc. around 90% student gets placement. I'm thinking to build my career in FMCG or RETAIL BANKING.
Fees and Financial Aid
So if you get admission through reservation quota then you can have a reduction in fees but if you took admission through open then you have to pay 4,40,000 and you can take a loan from a bank when it comes to campus job all the student got placed.
Campus Life
The life at IIMP is really cool apart from the education they also provide the annual fest and the event like CURIOUS and INTEREST and many more cultural and technical events. All the books related to the subject are available on the campus library only and you can also access them online. Classes are fully covered with AIR CONDITION and PROJECTORS. They are very active when it comes to CSR activity.
