Remarks
I choose this college because it has a very student friendly atmosphere. The course fee is not so high. I was in the Microbiology dept. I have experienced great faculty and laboratory..there is no kind of ragging or any misbehaviour. The campus is so beautiful. Also have a swimming pool, garden, cafeteria, well sourced library.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen Microbiology because I am a biology lover. In this college faculty is great. almost all of them have a doctorate or equivalent degree. around 2:5 is teacher student ratio. they taught us greatly with many information and practical experiments. They also took many class test to prepare us. we have 3 yearly exams. To appear in a final exam, all have to pass the test exam before the final.
Placement Experience
There is no campus placement. Students search for a various job after getting a degree or they pursue further study. I am now doing MSc. In Microbiology here. After the study, I think one can easily get a job or they can pursue research.
Fees and Financial Aid
I think it was not so much cost for graduation. Many kinds of scholarship were available but no stipend for graduation level. Yearly around 8000-9000 is the course fee.no extra money for library or laboratory uses.
Campus Life
The campus atmosphere is so student friendly. There is a big Field for playing, a basketball field, swimming pool, female and male hostel, garden etc.no kind of harassment from senior. There are two kinds of the annual fest. one for all over the college(September) and another is departmental (October). There is a FB page for students. there is also a gym. The library has many kinds of books for respective subjects. some books are not affordable for students. so we can easily get this book from the library.
