Hi, I am an MBA student from the KV Institute of Management and Information Studies, Coimbatore. Since my childhood pursuing MBA was my dream and I wanted to do it in a good place, Hopefully choosing this college made my dream come true. From providing a world-class education to making ourselves competitive for the modern world, our college has always been giving us the best. Admission is a simple process, that we need to write competitive exams like Tancet, XAT, ATMA, CAT, AICET, and MAT or Gmat, etc even direct admission is possible with certain formalities. I was admitted in May 2020. The reason for preferring this college over others because of very good management, caring Principal and well resource Professors, encouraging at a first sight, understanding the capability of students, and giving special care according to our skills.

Management studies are my passion, I am so tempted with the terms Branding, Marketing, Production, always I am the most curious person to know more about live business news, this stipulated me to choose for the MBA course. I have landed on a good platform to obtain knowledge of the business. individual care is given by the tutor for their respective departments. They still follow Anna University syllabus but additionally they implement an innovative style of teaching. The practical session is being so effective part than the theory session. Mostly the tutors concentrate on the different individual groups to feed more substance of information, they will be keen enough care that they should not miss a single student from the crowd. Being an innovative classroom teaching, all students from our college are very confident in attending the examination at any time. College examination is conducted through semester pattern. In MBA we have four semesters including a specialization Project.

Since we have COVID issues this year, instead of internships, we got a chance to learn using the AIMA business simulation exercise. We also got a chance to participate in National Level Chanakya SMG Games and 2 teams from our college made it to the finals.

100% placement to all students inducted through our college. For our senior batch, most students got an opportunity to interview with more than one company based on their preferences. The college conducts a placement training program for students. Inviting leading organizations for campus recruitment. Our placement officers organize a well-planned recruitment drive. After completing my MBA degree planned to start up a business in Digital Marketing.

The fees are very reasonable and the students are assisted with Scholarships. The semester fees are analogously very cheap compare to other Business schools. College helps us in arranging Part-time paid jobs outside or inside campus related to our specializations. This would help us to motivate financially, physically, and mentally.

Our college library has a beautiful ambience. It has plenty of collections comprising of books, theses, bound back volumes of Journals and magazines, etc. Classrooms are equipped with Airconditioned, Wifi, Projectors and well seating arrangements. Equal importance is given to the development cell - Placement cell, Entrepreneurship development cell, student innovation cell, etc. The college will allow us to have fun with extracurricular activities like dancing, singing, mono acting, and ramp walk. etc. We used to engage effectively in sports like Badminton, Cricket, Basketball, Kho Kho, and Shuttlecock. We, students, participated in Fire camp, and DJ conducted on our college campus. Our group of students involved in social work, some participated as Covid volunteers, assisting more affected people and navigated through telecommunication.

Interview

A personal interview was done. General questions were asked based on my previous course. I had a telephonic conversation for the first time due to a pandemic situation. Good response through the phone. After lockdown released, had a college visit arranged by college transport. Eventually, certificate verification was done and got admitted to the college.
