Muffakham Jah college is one of the top 10 colleges in Hyderabad. It has all the facilities for students, there is no discrimination in students, with the help of anti-ragging team there is no ragging in my college. To take admission in our college you need to write any entrance exam and should apply for web counselling, then you must select your course and list of colleges and if your score is good you can only select my college and can get admission if selected. Then you need to go to the college and verify your certificates and confirm your admission. I preferred this college because it has a nice environment for students, greenery all over the campus, the faculty is very good at teaching, the college has good computer labs and stationary and canteen.

I choose Information Technology because it has a great scope in future, Artificial Technology and Machine Learning are taking all over the world. Our college faculty are very good at teaching and our college has a 1:60 faculty: student ratio. The faculty of our college has many years of experience in their teaching fields, they are well qualified and the teaching method used by them makes the students understand difficult topics in an easy way. Our college conducts term exams four times a year, two times in the first semester of the year and another two times in the second semester of the year. The exams are quite difficult to pass.

Our college offers off campus internship where students have to write a test and explain their skills to get an internship. The internship can be a paid one or not paid. The companies have a set of rounds for students to clear, the students who clear all the rounds get the internship.

From the fourth year, the students are eligible for campus placements. Many big companies visit our college for placements including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Facebook, etc. Students with good skills get up to 2800000 per anum package ( was given by Amazon to a student of CSE in the year 2020). Around 60% of students get placements from the college. After getting the degree, I am planning to go abroad for higher studies.

My fees in the college for one year was 85,000, and for the whole four years it is 85000 but for a student who joined in 2020, the fees were raised to 1,15,000. The students of minor caste get a yearly scholarship from the state government, the scholarship includes total fees for the year and 5000 for student expenses.

Our college conducts a tech-fest named ADSOPHOS every year in the month of February. The fest includes projects from every branch of the college. The college library is full of books that are related to course subjects and other books. The college has two playgrounds, a basketball court, a football ground, a volleyball court, a tennis court and a cricket ground. Our college has many social groups that are run by students of the third and fourth year. The clubs include MSS(Microsoft Student Society), ACM, IEEE/CIS, etc.
