Academics is good but lacks in cultural activities. Should conduct more extracurricular activities. One of the best colleges in Gautam Budh Nagar in placements. The admission process was simple, I visited college once and finished the paperwork and I was admitted.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. This college provides good faculty for this course. The college has many labs. Labs are well maintained with experienced staff. Faculty: student ratio is also good. Every teacher in NIET is well qualified and has his/her own unique method of teaching which is quite impressive. NIET conducts sessional exams every semester twice which covers the syllabus for final university end semester examinations.
Placement Experience
Placements of NIET is very good as compared to other private institutions. Many companies visit colleges every year. TCS, Amazon, etc are some of the companies which provide job opportunities to NIETians. Every year more than 85% of students are placed in various companies. In 2020 a student of the college was placed in Amazon at 40 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fess is less as compared to other private colleges. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) to which NIET is affiliated provides scholarships to students which are from the economically weaker sections. College is known for its placements. NIET has a special program for students having startup ideas.
Campus Life
Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology conducts its annual fest generally in February-March every year. Library in college contains just every book which a student might need. NIET has many clubs which are run by students. These include clubs like 'Megapixels' for photography enthusiasts, 'Juventas' the dance club and many other clubs.
