For getting admission you need to be qualified 12th from any board in India , you must have 50% in your 12th , admission confirmed on the basis of merit , it's a fair process . After getting admission you'll gets a college based merit scholarship - if you have 60% above in 12th you'll get 5000 fee waiver per semester , but you only get this if you were qualified previous semester or no backlogs in previous semester . My overall experience is good , College faculty is good , they're really connected & also familiar with us . If you want hostel also ( fee for hostel is 6300 per year , excluded security charge 6000 which is one time ) mess charge is quite reasonable 2000-3000 monthly , depends upon how many diets you have , mess is cooperation . College campus is like typical govt . College , red brick building or 20 yrs old campus . Bad side of the college is they couldn't provide great opportunity for summer internship but for placement you'll get chances , not everyone in batch gets placement .

I'm already sure about my future , so I already made a decided to pursue BBA , but not necessarily from this college , but due to lack of awareness I don't have so many options because I didn't apply for many colleges . Faculty is good enough , most of the teachers are familiar & connected . Student ratio - out of sixty 50-60% are girls , In class most of the students are local residents only 5-10 students from outside Punjab are present in class . Every teacher is well qualified & you'll surely loved some teachers teaching style . You'll get yearly calendar from university website everything occur according to him . For Passing semester exams you'll need to understand answer written techniques etc , it's little bit difficult to pass every semester easily .

Placement cells didn't provide any internship opportunity during my time , but now they're improving & providing several internship opportunities for several roles . I'm really disappointed with the placement cell for the internship .

From second last semester students are eligible for placements . For BBA companies like - ICICI prudential insurance corporation , Tommy Hilfiger , several tech companies , event management companies from Delhi NCR & from Punjab also , they're providing Marketing roles , sales roles , business development , project management etc . Not everyone in batch gets placement but if you prepare yourself for placement well & try your best , you'll gets placement one of those company . Means everyone gets opportunity for placement .

Program fees is 21000 per semester & 27000 for first semester . But if you're a Punjab resident & belongs to reserve category so you'll get PMS scholarship so you don't need to pay fee or need to pay just 1000-1500 Rs per semester . General students or outside Punjab student . Only Scholarship is MIMIT merit scholarship, 60% above - 5000rs fee waiver per semester. 70% above - 6250rs fee waiver per semester. 80% above - 7000rs fee waiver per semester . You'll get first semester scholarships easily but for rest of the semesters you'll need to qualify previous semester , if you have any backlogs in previous semester your scholarship for that semester will be cancelled .

Campus is great according to batch strength & college . There's a central library in college where you'll get most of the books you'll need during program . There's a annual tech fest PRAYOG conducted whenever it's comfortable for students . Sports - Handball , basketball , lawn tennis , athletics etc are the permanent sports , & badminton - football - volleyball etc also played by students whenever team is needed for intra university sports meet conducted in the month of August-September .

Hostel fees is 6300 per year but have a security charge which is one time charge & refundable also 6000 , Hostel rooms are 4 seater or 2 seater , you can choose according to you , Mess charge is 2000-3000 monthly . Depends on how many diets you consumed. Minimum diets - 70 diets per month .
