Course Curriculum Overview
Three years of zoology honours course is full of fun and the syllabus is attentively covered by the faculties. Different slide shows presented during the class hour and excursion was an awesome experience that influenced me to learn more about wild life. Guidance of Dr. Mala Basu the ex incharge of this department was fantastically amazing at the time of excursion in the Bandipur National Park, Karnataka.
College Events
College fest is an awesome event where the entire college chills. Saraswati puja and freshers welcome is conducted by the student's union every year. However, in zoology department we celebrate milan utsav every year with faculties, current and ex students. Its a great fun to spend time with all the senior and junior class mates.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is affordable to all being a government sponsored college a very little amount need to pay as monthly tuition. However, examination fee is different.
Campus Life
This college has equal gender ratio however in my department the number of girls were greater that the boy's. Every one comes here from a middle class background of family this college publish magazine and different kind of quiz and debate competition. Efficient faculties are there in my college that influence me to join the zoology department. My interest in animal science has increased by this college by its advanced laboratory facilities.
Hostel Facilities
College has a canteen which is a very attractive place for foodies and class bunkers.

The alumni circle is very effective of this college. Seniors help as per their idea and experience to the juniors and support the department with their possible assistance
Exam Structure
Annual Exam of the college is conducted by the west bengal state university. Theoretical as well as practical exams are very done in a very standard manner.
Faculty
All of the faculties are efficient inside and outside of the class who attentively look after the educational requrements of the students. Advanced notes and information regarding any kind of topic are provided by them to increase the potentiality of the students. They are masters with a glorious doctorete degree.
