Junagadh Agricultural University - Review

First of all you need to apply online through, college link which is www.jau.in Minimum percentage - 70%. I got admission in general quota. If you get selected then you need fill the form and upload documents and pay the fee .

Because I was interested in this course. Students ratio is 7:9 of girls and boys . All teachers are well qualified and they have degree of engineering from best colleges. Their teaching methods are very good . Term exams held within 2 month after the new semester starts . It is not very difficult . Passing percentage is 50%.

There are many companies which provides internship , they are Adani pharmaceutical, sun Pharma Pvt Ltd etc. They also provide work from Home internships. In internship they gave salary of 3000 per month approx. First of all they give a small projects and then big projects/ deal.

From 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies visit our university , they are: Adani pharmaceutical, sun Pharma Pvt Ltd, Baroda , pharmaceutical etc. Highest package is 100000 and the lowest package is 54000. Percentage of students getting placement is 75%. I got a job in sun Pharma Pvt Ltd.

Fees for girls is 10000 and for boys 15000 . They takes the fees for tuition which is 5000. And others are for examination fees ,gym fees , sports fees , hostel fees etc. They provide scholarships of digital Gujarat . Scholarship of 12000 Rs .

There are many fest that are conducted. There are cultural activities , sports activities ,dance and singing competitions etc. There are many books available in library , there are novels , educational, stories , literatures , and also for competitive exams . They provide labs and smart classes and etc. There are many sports activities like cricket tournaments , swimming competitions etc. There are mainly two social groups run by students they are 1)SGVP and 2)Seva Sangh of JAU.

They provide table and bed and electricity also. The meal quality of mess is not that bad . If you want to stay in hostel then you need to pay a fees and fill the form which is provided by college. Hostel fees is 1500 Rs per year. If you want to stay in rented room then there are many problems which you may face. First - Rents are high and second one is , they do not provide food but if you stay in hostel then they will provide you food 2 times in a day .

They take interviews . Interview questions are based on 11th and 12th basics. There are no group discussions. Admissions are based on board marks and marks of GUJCET .
