The admission in all courses in jims based on merit or JET(JIMS entrance test) followed by a personal interview . Question asked in entrance test divided into following section:- . English . Maths:quantitative ability . General knowledge and current affairs. The shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview based on marks obtained in JET. The students who have qualified in any of the competitive exams like IP and UGAT entrance tests are exempt from appearing in jET.

I choose this course/career because i enojed it .I Choose this course because it fits in perfectly with my career goals I choose JIMS-VK2 because of its palcements records .they have very active placement cell . bond between faculty members and students are too good.provided with their personal whatsapp no.,email id fb,insta id etc.... most of the teachers at jims have completed their PHD and have a very interactive way of teaching .Due to this pandemic the only option is online classes , but those classes are very interactive and fruitful, we were taught using PPT'S, case studies, discussions and lectures. the exam were conducted after full revision was completed and various past year papers were solved in our class. Internals exams were easier as compared to the end terms .

Because of the covid-19 Classes are taken online so didn't get a hold on many internships in 1st year. Since in 1st year don't know that much about the internship but heard from seniors that college has a huge amount of internship offers for students. from time to time get information about various intenship opportunities and training programs some are paid some are performance based

The placement of JIMS VK2 are actually very good lot of students were placed at many comapnies like AMAZON , TCS , HCL, IBM, WIPRO, with an avg. package of 3.5LAC per annum Every year 60 -70% of the students were placed Student of JIMS VK2 get placed every year

The campus life has not been explored that much because of the rise in covid cases and online classes since I joined. But the students on the campus the seCampus life is awesome, the gender ratio is 60:40, and diversity is too good. Extracurricular activities are so much and good labs, sports facilities are good.
