Remarks

This college admission procedure is quite simple than any other college. The basic requirement to get admission here is a valid mhcet score. As my cet score was quite decent I listed my first preference in cap around to Sandip institute of pharmaceutical sciences Nashik. Because I read an article in the newspaper and I liked this college a lot. On the result day. I got what I wanted. I got listed them and after that, we had to go to Nashik for the further procedure. This college itself thus everything. We just have to carry our documents and they counsel us In each step and make us understand each procedure, all steps were completed within 2 hours and we were done with our admissions procedure. Because of my high cet score, it was a cap around admission and not through quota. The quota procedure can be tedious. Because a student doesn't really get the scholarship and have to pay may be high donations too. It's better to score good marks in cet and get admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Firstly I choose this college because I read an article about all the courses available here with a great variety of people and a beautiful campus. The faculty members here are quite supportive and guide us in every critical situation. For each subject, there is a one or two faculty member who teaches us, both practical and theory. Mostly all the faculty members are postgraduate or doctorate level graduate. Have several years of teaching experience. The teaching method depends upon on teacher. Sometimes through PowerPoint or just blackboard, or practical. In a year their 2 semester and 2 sessional examinations. It's not difficult to pass if we have studied well.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

The internship is done after completion of the third year. It's a one month training process. In pharmaceutical theirs different departments. Each department work is different from each other and stipend may also differ. Getting an internship is not a big deal. You easily can get it. All the task provided is done under the guidance of HR.

Placement Experience

3.5

After seven sem is completed campus placement starts. Most companies take only personal interview according to the department job they are providing. Good pharmaceutical companies situated in Nashik, Gujarat, Mumbai, Vadodara takes campus interview. For freshers candidate, they provide around 1.5 to 2 lakh per annum minimum, 3 lakh max. Only 20 % get jobs through campus placement because most of the students go for mpharm studies and are not interested in getting into Jobs yet. So they don't go into job interview procedure. If any candidate is not selected through campus placement. Our faculty members help us by providing us with jobs with their references. And mostly everyone who needs a job gets it. My plan is to get into jobs as I am in my final year.

Fees and Financial Aid

I came to this college through cap round. So I was offered a scholarship. But because my family annual income was more than 1 lakh so was not eligible for it. But someone eligible gets a scholarship and gets 50% fees off. College fees normally are 1 lakh INR but a student eligible for scholarships have 50% total fees. A student with SC, St, obc, not they have more advantages as they get a better scholarship. And in the case of NT and ST, the fees are just 20% of total fees Most jobs through campus are in the final year. All the companies have different department job to provide with different packages according to a students performance. Theirs only personal interview round. Around 1.5 to 2 lakh/year for freshers candidates, it increases with experience.

Campus Life

4

After the first sem fest is conducted. As Sandip foundation consists of various departmental colleges like all branches of engineering, pharmacy, fashion designing, aerospace, and a lot more. Every college conducts its every fest which is a thrilling event to experience. Theirs Sandip Utsav every year which is a talk for the town, there is dandiya nights, desire fest, technical gala events, sports competition, cultural fest, pharmacy cultural events. Books are available for students according to their respective course year. The library is not too large it's normal but needed all sources are available. There are not too many social groups. But during events, all social groups are formed by the Sandip foundation. Cultural activities and sports activities happen most often as it's an imp part of college. The playground is way too large than any other college. Most of the intercollege competition is held in Sandip foundation.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I have been in a hostel for 3 years. And I must say it was the best years of my life. I can proudly say the hostel provided here have the most hygienic rooms ever. Their two girls hostel and four boys hostel. Each hostel consists of 70 rooms. And in Each room, 3 students can accommodate very easily as here the rooms are very large. All facilities are provided to the best of their abilities. There are a total of four canteens called spinach, olive, saffron, and University canteen. Each canteen has 2 hostels to provide the meal. They provide the best food, every week theirs a different menu, which the food department of the college decides. If college admissions are done. You easily can get hostel rooms. The procedure is quite simple, just have to fill a form and pay the fees. As hostel provides a lot of good things fees here is a bit high it's cost around 90k per student. In Nashik, the price for the rented room is not too much. Mostly it cost 10 to 12k if 4 people are staying together. It will cost 2 to3k/person

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did this course as a backup plan when failure in neet. Faculties are good at teaching but some new teachers are like nursery teachers. Students are about 1k overall in college. Faculties are sufficient here. But not polite teachers. PhD faculties are also there but they have no good teaching techniques. Exams are semester-wise after 5-6 months. Exams are not a cup of tea for everyone. You have to study hard in this course.
