Remarks

NMIMS itself is a brand. And Mumbai campus is the best campus.. no doubt it is the best. To get admission in this college first you have to give an entrance examination that is NMAT. After that case, discussion will be organized followed by a personal interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

I personally like human resources management most. There are a lot of streams.Every stream are very good in their own field.NMIMS has very experienced and skilled professors. They will help you from every possible angle. They will motivate you to do lot of things apart from the course curriculum.

Class Size: 110Course Fees: INR 900000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Every year a lot of companies visited campus for the Internship, The average stipend is around 20000. Almost everyone gets an internship except one or two. You have to study hard to convert to a good internship.

Placement Experience

Placements are very good on our campus. Every year it is more and more increasing. A lot of companies visited every year for placement.Some of the companies are Amazon, Wipro, Amul, Capgemini, L&T, Deloitte, etc. average packages around 8 lpa and highest is 20 lpa.Almost everyone got placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is a little bit higher. But it's normal because according to the college position, like all other tiers 1 college NMIMS fee structure is the same. But I must say that don't look at the fee structure here placement is so much good that's why ROI is good. yes, there are some scholarships too.

Campus Life

The campus is very good. It has a huge lush green campus that has two lakes and hills and a wide range of forest areas surrounding the campus. The campus provides a unique range of facilities and infrastructure for sports and fitness. It has a very big library. Classrooms are neat and clean, canteens are very good. They are a lot of clubs for social activities. Overall the infrastructure is very good.

Hostel Facilities

NMIMS provides separate hostels for boys and girls. hostels are on the campuses. Rooms are very neat and clean, attached bathrooms are there, wardens strictly followed discipline. If I want to say about food then foods are very much delicious and tasty e. Veg and nonveg both options are available

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.
