A College with quality education

The admission process was very good. On admission day all the students assembled in a classroom and then their names were called one by one based on merit and as per the various category. Admission was classified under various quota then the called out students were asked to provide various required documents such as academic documents of 10 and 12th and were asked to affix their passport size photographs on important documents and students were also asked to sign undertaking form regarding ragging and asked to submit there itself after its gets completed so everything was done in a very detailed and synchronized manner and teachers too were very cooperative.

So basically our college follows 6 semester undergraduate programme and under this programme in each semester there was two internal assessment test followed with a group discussion or viva depending on the suitability of the subject and all these were taken for the marking of internal marks and also marks were awarded for regular attendance and irregular attendants were punished by not allowing them to appear for the exam by marking them as non collegiate or dis collegiate. The semester exams were carried in due time as notified by the Dibrugarh university as it the sole authority of our college and mainly the semester exams are carried out in the month of the last week of May and December. The difficulty of exam - the exams are very easy and follows the syllabus as notified by the university and there is also a choice provided for each question in the question paper so this makes the exam easier and more scoring.

FEES HIKE policy - There is no such fee hike policy and the fee charged by the institute for various courses is very minimal and there is no such fee hike policy and the cost to study can be considered very minimal and is very less. SCHOLARSHIP- The college makes every possible arrangement to provide scholarship to the meritious and the needy and backward section. 1.scholarship is provided to students with the highest attendance, 2.scholarship is provided to students scoring highest marks in business law, 3.students scoring highest marks in maths, 4.students scoring the highest marks in statistics. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND CAMPUS JOBS - The institute provides various financial assistance by providing with reimbursement of textbook fee, providing free admission to lower income students and also the faculties provide various assistance to the needy students by providing with various textbook and other essential at free of cost and also institute arranges various recruitment drives on campus for the job.

Library- various journals and books on management, accounting, taxation, statistics, entrepreneurship are available in the library. Moreover, the library also maintains various daily newspaper such as the tribune, the Indian Express , The Hindu etc are maintained and various monthly magazines such as competition success review, the yojana etc are available in the library to enhance students general awareness. Amenities in classroom- classroom are well equipped with proper seating arrangements and with smart board and classes are spacious and fans and air conditioners are in proper working condition. Annual fest - yearly cultural fest is organized by the college and inter college competition are also organized by the college. Sports and clubs - college organizes various weight lifting competitions, competitions of chess arm wrestling, running, kabaddi, cricket etc and college has various active clubs debating clubs, Ncc, Nss, welfare clubs etc.
