My learning journey

The admission process is quite easy. We need to complete the CMAT exam and then through threw portal if we score as per the requirement of that year we need to fill the form and through threw system we get college admission. We need to go there, fill-up the form of application. Then college asks to come on a day when we have a counseling session, they inform about how college is working, the system, values, placement, opportunities, and ask about our intrest in going to college. Will it is comfortable to sit for long 8 hours, we need to be ready to prepare hard for placement also. In which particular stream of management attracts us most(Hr, Finance, Marketing) and as we agree we are good to go with admissions. For exams university used to inform well in advance, the course was completed 100%, internal papers were also similar to board papers, everything is very systematic and managed well.

During graduation, I was part of the council committee whare I realized my intrest in management. So, I opened for MBA. Faculties were sufficient. The faculty in our institute is well qualified all are either pursuing or completed a doctorate (PhD). The teaching method was amazing, a lot of focus was divided into a theory, case study, and also on class discussion. In practical subjects complete systematic explanation on board and on PPT was thier. Apart from systematic projects, extra practical work was allotted that to in a group so, we learned practically that to in a team. Examples were completely on time even presentations and projects were also timely. Passing was not that difficult because the syllabus was completed by 100%, all faculty give complete attention to projects, guide well and along with classes, extra counseling session was there so, it helps in solving personality treats and groom us more effectively.

For intership also all good companies do come. Small finance companies, HDFC Bank, digital marketing companies. Roll offered was more or less at executive cadder. Projects and topic mutually decided by company guide and facility guide so, learning become useful. The task was to learn about diffrent financial policies and investments and observe how they explain to clients and eventually apply to learn. It enhanced my knowledge and personality too.

After completing the 2nd-semester placement process starts as per convince of companies. HDFC, Bandhan bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC first bank, IIFL, Toppers, Saint Gobain, Aaishian paints and many more companies came for placement. The offer was many as each student has a chance to have 2 offers, 97% placement was done approximately. The highest package was Rs. 900000 by Toppers on Business Development Executive position average package was Rs. 400000.

The fee structure was as per university norms, a deposit for the library. Fees Rs. 38000 per semester. Exam fees as per university norms. There was no hike in any fees as such during my duration 2018_2020. The cost to study was preety fine as per B school. The scholarship I am not having any knowledge about if it is their or not! So, no comment on that. Job yes, I do get an internship stipend was Rs.4000 and few of my friends got in the bank which was very company to company and on basis of students performance. The job I got of Rs. 20000 but due to covid, it was not started.

Horizon was the big event that used to be held in February. And tactical was in either in January or February. Few other events were there in collaboration with sarvajanic adulation trust but I don't remember the name. A blood donation camp is also there. Books and other material are available, but as course and subjects did change that year, books of new syllabus took a lot of time. The classroom and facilities were great. Sports events used to happen for 2 days, and on the inter-college level, there were few. We have a presence on Facebook and Instagram pages, but they are handled by professors and students jointly. Which is a good thing.
