Entrance Preview
I didn't attend any of the entrance exams just got into the college by going through counseling. Compared to other colleges in Salem, Sona is the first and the best as I needed to study in Salem.
Course Curriculum Overview
As it is an autonomous institution the courses are more or less similar to anna university. The course structure is fine giving a good knowledge of the department.
Internships Opportunities
As I am still in second year I didn't get any internship. I also didn't hear about such facilities provided by the college. But they allow for industrial visit.
Placement Experience
The placements are a bit low compared to top colleges like PSG, Anna university. Core department have very few placements whereas IT and CSE have almost 80 percent placement. FT has 100 percent placement.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure for counseling is ₹75K and for management is ₹1 lakh . It is quite good not much expensive.

Yes, there are lot of scholarships offered here and also loan facility by some bank.
Campus Life
The campus life is more or less similar to few universities a good freedom. The gender ratio is almost equal. Workshops are conducted. There no such kind of politics or any religion based problems. The students in Sona are mostly from middle class.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is good and neat. Actually I am a day-scholar. But my friends complain about the food. Sona is a veg campus.
Exam Structure
The college days are relaxed and a lot fun filled. Exams like Continuous Internal Evaluation comes up for each month up to a total of 3. Then model exams and the final semester.
Faculty
Most of the faculty are best and a lot of experience staff work here but a few of them don't treat us as college students still treat as school students. The faculty have good knowledge of the syllabus.
