My experience in IIT DELHI

I got 9891 ranks in jee advance and this was the best college ingot in my rank. Infact,it is one of the best institutes in India. I preferred this over other IITs because of its reputation. It provides me the opportunity to meet some of the brilliant minds from all over India.

As it is an IIT, so no doubt, it has excellent academics with very good faculty members who explain our every doubt and topics in a very good way. They mainly use PowerPoint for the lectures. yet, self-study is more important to stand at a good level. Talking about the class, it seems like the batchmates are some of the genius minds who have gathered all together in one place and all have excellent academics.

Many companies provide a direct opportunity to the students of IIT to do internships in their organization and after that, some of the students also get placement offers from that organization. We do many projects in the field of robotic enhancement, machine up-gradation,etc. Here we don't have any shortage of any opportunities.

From the 6th semester onwards, the students become eligible for placements. Some of them even get pre-placements. As it is an IIT, lots of tech giants and some biggest organizations come here for palcement drive. The average package is almost 15-20lakh per annum and the highest goes up to 3-4 crore per annum with no surprise. Almost 95% of students got placed. here it is nothing u worry about placement, if u focus on your self study.

The fee structure is likely to be 220000 per annum. It seems like the fees are high but it offers extremely good returns to us, in terms of both learning and palcement opportunities. we easily get education loans from any bank to finance our studies so fees are not the issue here.

As the campus is in the center of the city, numerous activities are being organised the whole year. The campus has one of the best infrastructure in India with excellent sports facilities which provides students to persue their dreams in sports. There are numerous of Clubs here which provides a great opportunity to students to be engaged in myriad activities.
