Different View of World- WSB

I applied to several B-schools all around the country but I was hoping to get in an institute in Hyderabad because my grandparents live there and during the program, I will be able to stay close to them. Woxsen was the only B-school that accepted my admission letter in Hyderabad and considering that it is one of the good B-schools and also has an amazing campus, I decided to join it for my higher studies. The application fee cost me INR 1000 and the form was submitted through the official website of the institute.

The curriculum was indeed exceptional here as was designed by Business Leaders and top rated professors from across the globe. From suggestion by the faculty and students as well, the curriculum is flexible for everyone comfort. When compared with all other private B Schools in India, my institute stands tall with regards to the faculty department. Here, I got to learn under the guidance of global faculty from across world and the faculties from universities like Stanford, the Wharton, Chicago Booth, Cass Business school, etc used to visit us every year.

The placement team really puts a lot of effort to bring in companies from different sectors and with challenging new roles. The placement cell of my institute organized various training programs such as group discussions, mock interviews, pre-placement talks, workshops, internships, industrial visits, etc to prepare us for placement drives. I attended the placement drive and the companies that visited us during that were Amazon, Nestle, Dell, Deloitte, Indiabulls, Shopclues.com, Bajaj Allianz, Airtel, Pepsico, Taj, DHL, Tata Products, Byju Learning App, IBM, ITC, Aurobindo, Fortis, etc and the salary package went as high as INR 13 LPA.

To study my MBA program at WSB Hyderabad, I was required to pay INR 1210000 for my 2 year program. My institute also had the option of various scholarships and financial assistance along with education loans to make the program affordable for all.

The campus here is soo huge and undoubtedly one of the finest in the country with Lush green environment, huge buildings, modern classrooms, a large pool, a restaurant, a food place named Oval, a clinic, a well equipped gym, and separate ground for football and cricket and they also have something that is now available everywhere, which is a 9 hole golf course!! Apart from this, a lot of regular events were also hosted y our institute and we also had the option to join from the numerous clubs and committees.

To get in here, I had to go through the GD, PI and also submit SOP. In my opinion, the institute tested my attitude and maturity more than my previous academic score card. It was different then the other interviews of B-schools I went through apart from Woxsen.
