Remarks
I wanted to study here mainly because this campus is situated close to my home and also because it has a good infrastructure. I did my admission online. it is all based on merit of class 10+2 marksheets with a minimum percentage of 50%. In it I had to submit my personal details, followed by my marksheets and then I had to pay Rs 1000 for the application fee. Later on I also had a personal interview, it was just for the sake of formality as the questions asked were very basic.
Course Curriculum Overview
I come from a business background and I wanted to learn the traits of business and be as successful as my father, which is why I chose to study BBA. Not only because of that but also because BBA offers a good job opportunity in the corporate world. Some of the topics covered were introduction to business, finance and taxation, accounting, introduction to sociology and communication as well. We had monthly and weekly class tests followed by viva, MCQ and internal. This prepared us for our university exam. The faculty consisted of professors and assistant professors with a minimum teaching experience of 5 years and atleast 10 years of industry experience.
Placement Experience
When it comes to placements, the placement cell of the college provides them during our final semester. We have internships available as well, which happens during our 4th semester. The intern is stipend and non- stipend based. The minimum stipend offered is Rs 1500 with food and accommodation included. For placements, the companies that visit the campus are HDFC, DLF, Bajaj capital, sunrise group, airtel, citi bank and many more. The average package start from 2.5 lakhs and goes upto 10 lakhs p.a for a BBA graduate like me.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are comparatively cheaper for a course like BBA. The fees per year is Rs 77,000 which amounts to Rs 23,1000 for three years. We do not have any on campus jobs available. The fees are to be paid on the basis of semester. The university does provides scholarships to merit based students and also excellence in sporting activity. Full scholarship as well as waive off is available.
Campus Life
The campus consists of good classroom with smart classes, libraries, cafeterias, auditorium rooms for lectures and seminars to be held. We also have a list of society i.e cultural, technical, literary, motorsports, management societies. This helps us to engage in various activities rather than just attending classes. The campus also provides NNC and NSS trainings as well.
