Best college Sharda University

I chose this university because it is UGC recognized and it is one of the best private colleges for a course like BBA. My sister also was an ex student of Sharda. The admission process takes place via online mode. The application fee is Rs1000. Along with the application I also had to submit my class 10+2 marksheets including my transfer certificate as well. I also had to sit for an entrance test known as SUAT, followed by GD/PI.

Our faculty were very professional and the course was well taught. The teaching methodology was through lectures, assignments and ppt. We also had to present our own ppt in the smart class on a given topics. Viva and class tests were common which helped in understanding the topics better. The ratio was 1:12 and we had semester based exams and not yearly based. this made it easier for us to score well in our external. We also had to sit for the college internal which prepared us for our main university exam.

The college has a dedicated placement cell which offers summer internships and placements to its college students. Their job is to approach recruiters and then the recruiters visit the campus for different job openings. We are given a detailed information about the job role and if the interview goes well, our job is confirmed after graduating. some of the visiting companies are Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, HDFC Bank ,Genpact, Amazon and Aricept. The posts usually are managers and supervisors and customer support as well. The average salary starts from 3.5 lakhs pa, with the highest being 17. lakhs p.a

The total fee structure for a period of three years is Rs5,38,037. This was to be paid in installment basis at the beginning of every semester. Our college did over scholarships. It was all based on merit and academics. This depended on the SUAT test and the personal interview and previous school's marks as well. Students whose percentage was above 95% received a scholarship of 100% and students whose score was above 75 received a scholarship of 10 %. So the scholarship waive off starts from 10-100% scholarship.

The campus is of 63 acre with 13000 plus students and over 1200 faculty members. our campus consists of beautiful cafeterias, libraries and auditorium for lectures and seminars to be held. It also has sporting complexes like football field, basketball and lawn tennis court and also health care center. The college also celebrates an annual college fest known as Chorus in which prominent figures like Neha Kakkar come and support the event.
