TONTADARYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING GADAG is one of the top college in the north karnataka. Here the admission process is very much easy & the management is Excellent. We can check out all the details of the college by visiting tce.ac.inThe main reason for joining this college is because of the teaching staff they are so much care taking for each & every student , supportive, & involved in many creative thinking for new innovations.Comming to the Placements: The are some more expectations from the college.

My area of interest is Electrical Engineering. The staff in our department were well qualified for there profession & the faculty members are very much supportive and helpful to clear the doubts of each and every student.The student , teachers relationship is like friendly nature which makes us to fell comfortable with the teaching staff.The exams were conducted every month before the semester exam so that it becomes very much easy to get through the Semester Exam.

Students are eligible for placements after completing 6th semester. Wipro , Infosys, Technologies, PALC NETWORKS, CISCO,TCS, MEDINI , Techfortune . The average package offered is 3lac p.am as per the company . Year by year the nor of students are more selected for the companies

Fees structure is fixed as per the management . Besides we can apply for various scholarship like vidyashree, SSP ,etc. & Some scholarship for food & accommodation is also available. I got selected as Commissioning Engineer with a package of 4.6ac p/annum

Campus Life

The campus of our college situated in such a way that all the facilities are available around the campus. Every year the annual fest is conducted In the month of MAY named as KSHITIJ . There are abundantly available of Books in the library for reading, & so many varieties of journals are available which is helpful for new projects. Sports week is like a festival, there are so many games conducted every year which brings joy for each of the student of the college. Along with it many extracurricular activities are being conducted weekly. & There are some of the innovative clubs to take part which is helpful for innovation

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
