Manipal university offers good placement which is why I opted for this university. Another reason also because of the good campus.it literally has every facility inside its campus. Its has 188 acres. In order to study here I first sat for the MIT entrance test. I had to pay Rs 1200. I also applied from the online college portal for the application form. I submitted my 10+2 marksheets. All my admission procedure was then further done by the university councilor. I also had to sit for the personal interview.

My BBA course consisted of business laws, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing and other topics like Financial & Commodity Derivatives. We also had specializations in BBA finance and marketing. All our classes were conducted with the help of PPT and class lectures. We had internals as well as externals, including viva and class test. Through this, I could understand my topics better and helped me score well in my university exam.

The college has a very good placement cell. It has 100% placement rate which provides internships as well. The internship usually begins from 4th semester onwards. The stipend is around 2 to 5 thousand but provides accommodation and food. The interns are usually upto 3 months. If the interns are done right then a job confirmation also is received. For placements, it starts taking place from the final semester onwards. Some of the top recruiters include Amazon, Flipkart, ITC, Lemon tree , Wipro, HCL, Honeywell. The package starts from 3.5 lakhs pa upto 30 lakhs p.a. The salary depends upon company to company and student capability as well. Our Cgpa also mattered a lot.

The total fees for a period of three years is Rs 460000. I had to pay per semester wise. The fees were hiked every year by 2%. We also have in campus jobs, which includes working for back office, or in small departments or any jobs that were available inside the campus. We also have scholarships available which is all based on merit, of the MIT entrance exam or class 12 marksheet.

Our campus are fully air conditioned with facilities like WIFI, college library, cafeterias, medical centers. It also has auditoriums for various events like guest lectures and alumni events. The campus also consists of football field, basketball courts, swimming pool and other indoor sporting facilities are all available. The total size of the Karnataka Manipal is 188 acres. It also conducts an annual business plan competition known as innovitri and E-conclave.
