Remarks
Main reason for choosing this college was it's high ranking in list of colleges under GGSIPU ( and of course my rank in entrance exam), good locality like janakapuri is obviously one of the major criteria for selection of this college becoz here you get numerous places nearby to spend time at out of the college and good transport facility.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is same as followed by the university, sometimes feels a bit outdated but then you feel that those are the basics you need to cover, faculties are good, mostly ready to help of they feel they should , class size is somewhere around 60 viz not too large, teaching methods depends upon teacher and subject so nothing to stress over and exam timelines are planned well.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities are good enough even for an average student, just try to avoid backlogs if you want to be eligible in all of them.Good guidance from teachers in placements, although mostly companies who visit college are somewhere around 3-5 lpa package but this doesn't mean that you won't get opportunity in higher package companies. College take part in pool campus drives and have companies like amazon also. So the main thing is, opportunities are enough in this college. Although count of core companies can increase as there are 1-2 or no companies in electronics and electrical field but other then this if we talk about just no. of opportunities available then they are satisfactory.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Hundred percent scholarship over tuition fee can be achieved by students under delhi govt merit scholarship scheme, campus jobs are almost similar to other colleges of same tier, mostly software related jobs, good number of mass recruiters visit campus including infosys, accenture, tcs etc. Then there are marketing and sales job, but if you are somewhere related to core electronics or electrical field then you have to make some extra efforts. Nice assistance in placement by the placement officer and opportunities are enough in number.
Campus Life
Life at campus is good, numerous student societies including technical society, dramatics, music, dance and social cause. Student clubs and societies are basically the main thing that make your life better in this college, try to join atleast one of these so that you won't get bore and networking with people from every branch and year is icing on the top.
