I opted to study at DCM Hyderabad because it is among the best management schools in Hyderabad and I live in Hyderabad so I was only looking for institutes here. The faculty department is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the infrastructural facilities offer the best amenities with latest technology. The admission procedure here was done on the basis of my performance in previous academic record and other various parameters such as CAT scores, GD, followed by PI. I registered and applied here through the website of the institute.

My PGDM Program aimed at developing leader-managers and offered an interactive learning experience. Case method, simulation and experiential learning supplemented by concept building lectures, programmed reading, story-telling, meet the mentor-manager, fellowship, and industry visits are part of pedagogy our faculty members adopted. Also, our faculty members bring in a wealth of knowledge and experience from global academia and industry. Adjunct and visiting faculty from around the world further enrich the teaching-learning process.

My institute has a placement team that provided us with full assistance in getting internships and placements. They made sure that each of us face at least 5 placement interviews. Also, we were provided with skill-specific training before we took part in the campus placement process. Some prominent recruiters of my time include TVS, Aircel, Axis Bank, Asian Paints, ICICI Securities, Kotak Mahindra Bank, S&P Global, Bank of America, ITC Limited, and Jaro Education.

The fee of my PGDM program at DCM Hyderabad was about 6,55,000 for the two-year program. The overall course fee is to be paid in installments during the period of course. The first installment was made during the admission process to confirm admission seats. Also, my institute offers scholarships to deserving students on the basis of merit and need.

Life here was full of adventures and I got to experience full college life with my friends and faculty. Also, the infrastructure here was well equipped with a lot of facilities all over our huge Campus The facilities include a Library with digital resources, Hostel premises that accommodates both boys and girls in separate hostels, Digital Classrooms that offer state of the art digital technology with a large whiteboard and computers having internet connectivity, Sports Facilities that offer sports activities and annual sports events. The institute also offers gym facilities equipped with modern instruments for cardio, fitness, and weight training.

My marks in CAT were around 55% that helped me in getting admission here. After being shortlisted by my marks, I had to go through an Aptitude test, Group Discussion, and a Personal Interview. I was assessed on the basis of my Skills, Career objectives, Decision making, Self-awareness, and Business awareness.
