I came to this college after passing class 12.The college is very prestigious and provides the best education for girls.it also encourages many other extra activities.

College celebrates so many festivals like:- annual day, college fest, sports day, talent competitions

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is a bit on the expensive side.Its around 35000/- per year for 3 years

Campus Life

It is a all girl college.we have canteen yoga room gym. The college is also fully air conditioned with wifi access. The library is well maintained and has all reference books and study books.

The faculty are very qualified. They endevour to give us best education and help and guide us at every step. They are excellent mentors

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

Good for studying but should improve for recruitment

The application form is available on the college website and every other detail regarding fees and application date is available there.
